Awful service. I didn’t even receive my carpet!!
Gave up trying after 2 months of constantly emailing. Had to go via PayPal to get my money back. Avoid like the plague

Took a long while to arrive. Very thin and poor quality.
Looking at replacing as still has creases in and is starting to show pulls after only being down for 2 months.
Wouldn't purchase from this company again. Feel like i've literally thrown money in the bin.

Did not meet the delivery date. Had to chase the order. Rug was poor quality. And took over 3 weeks for a refund. Would not recommend

It’s very nice would of liked it to be a little thicker but is a lovely rug

customer support has been very helpful, answering all my questions, also sort ing my refund out , which i might add was my banks fault , The help i got from customer support they where patient very supportive and kind . i would not hesitate to use them again they have been fantastic 😳

It is more of a bedroom carpet

Bought a wilton asti rug. Finally arrived after 2 weeks. It looks great but is so thin it is like standing on a ground sheet. My hoover cuts out on it as it is so thin.
Been down now for 4 weeks and evwn though there is limited footfall in the area places are starting to wear and show patches of white.
Going to have to replace as it looks awful.
Definitely will never buy from Trend carpets again. Absolutely rubbish quality, don't be fooled by how attractive their rugs look.

Amazing service and quality, exactly how it was described on the website. Our carpet is brilliant quality, natural colour and material and the delivery time was reasonable provided it was arriving from Sweden. Communication about delivery was straightforward and I knew each day where my carpet was. A very happy customer. 100% recommend.

Individual look and did not take long to be delivered

Website doesn’t make it clear anywhere that it ships from Scandinavia. Really really slow delivery and when it arrived it was shoved in half and taped together with minimal wrapping. The rig is nothing like the photos, garish colours, shiny and feels cheap. The cost to return is prohibitive. Really misleading company and rubbish product. Total waste of money.

Misleading advert, reality of the advertised carpet is completely distorted,”. The real quality of the carpet is reality from the add is very low and nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for my refund as I sent the carpet back a long time ago.

The rug was delivered on time. Design, colour contrast, and shades are accurate. Feel comfy. I was expecting more thickness and heavy, but it's too thin. Overall, it is satisfactory but feels pricey compared to its quality.
