How long will it take before I get my money back. The carpet was still in your packet as I was returned 10-7 25 . It was a bad quality so I send it back

Just ordered the round rug-Sunayama white 160cm.
The first thing I noticed was it’s definitely not white, it’s beige.
Also the quality isn’t worth £80.
Went to return but they want to charge £10!!
How on earth can you charge that when it doesn’t match the description, waste of money and won’t be buying from here again

I recently bought a hall runner - nothing to complain about other than a long time to arrive
I decided to get a round one to match for the landing ordered it when it arrived it was dreadful quality nothing like the runner so I complained
I have given 1star as I have already received the refund. Customer services were great - replied to my email sent another email to tell me it was going to be refunded and the next day I got my money back!
However I would have really rather had the rug to match the first one I had the month before

Absolutely beautiful

Poor quality rug.This was the second padros blue rug we have purchased from this company. We have had renovations in house so decided to buy a new one the same as the colours are so vibrant and match our colour scheme.it was delivered couple months ago but we kept it in packaging and stored it in a cupboard while the building work was being carried out.we opened the packaging this week and were shocked to see the rug is now a completely different thickness and quality.when removing the sticky tape some of the fibres come away leaving it threadbare at bits.i contacted the company and they asked for photos which were send across then i was asked for more.the outcome is i should have contacted them within 14 days so lesson learned.very poor and cheap looking rug don’t recommend

The rugs are very slippery when you walk on them. They are velvet and very slippery

Great carpet for the price!

I was incredibly wary ordering from this company that I had never hear of.

I needn't have worried. Took about 3 weeks to arrive from Sweden. Very impressed with the quality for the price. The colours are fantastic. The fact that the entire 3 x 2 metre rug is washable is a real bonus.

Carpet was very cheap looking and although returned and collected by fedex on 14th May like other reviewer had problem getting refund. Only today 17th June have I received refund after chasing them and threatening to get PAYPAL involved did the refund appear immediately. I wonder if I would ever have received if I did not chase? Avoid this company!

Update:
I had my rug for 9 months before I had to replace it. It ended up with holes in it from very little wear. I am annoyed about it because of the waste of money but also the waste of resources and the impact on the environment.

Overall I found this a very poor customer experience. The website said the rug would be dispatched in 1 to 2 days. This didn't happen and I had to incessantly chase progress. When it was eventually dispatched the courier GLS were terrible. The delivery information was very oddly worded making it unclear when the rug would be delivered. There was no way of communicating with the courier. I couldn't change the delivery options. I ordered on 15 May. I eventually collected it from my local post office on 10 June after 3 unsuccessful deliveries. The rug had been rolled then folded in half and tightly compressed with a plastic strap. When I unrolled it the edges were all crumpled. The rug is very thin and got a plasticity texture underneath so sounds weird when you walk on it. The pattern is nice but that's the only positive thing I can say. The customer service people were pleasant enough but couldn't really do much once the rug was in transit. I would never purchase from this company again after all the extra work and stress I had getting the rug. It wasn't worth the hassle.

Rug looks nice and is as described. However it DISGUSTINGLY sheds. Thick plasticy huge fibres are literally everywhere I have to vacuum daily and it’s not great or safe for my young son being near the rug. I wouldn’t recommend if you are safety first and have a child. Clearly cheaply made

Dreadfully quality €38 for a cushion cover that looks like a newspaper. Totally deceiving photos online. Wouldn't use it as a rag.

We love the carpet! It looks great, the design and colour is lovely. But it is thin … no disguising that. But the look, design and colour make up for that.

Following up on my previous review on 20th May two weeks ago, FedEx collected my return and confirmed the delivery of my Rug back to Trendcarpet on 2nd June, two weeks after sending the item back.

I called Trendcarpet today, 3rd June to confirm they had received my returned item, only to be informed that they now require 10 WORKING DAYS TO ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE MY PARCEL EVEN THOUGHT THEY CONFIRMED OVER THE PHONE THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED IT.

I now will have to wait another 10 working days before they will process my refund.

Thought you should all be a wear of this before you decided to place an order.

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare.

The carpets are beautiful high quality and the delivery is prompt. Also - the colours are exactly as per the online photos.

£100 for a rug! You'd expect a half decent quality. Looks nothing like it is on the website. Very cheaply made. Beware! Do not buy! Looks like something cheap off Shein. They charge £9.99 for returns. Such a scam
