The rug looked nothing like the picture, it was a completely different colour, it took the company over a month to refund me after it was returned. after a lot of chasing via emails and phone calls to get my refund

Although the rug took a while to arrive I was initially pleased with it. It was thinner than I expected but the colour was perfect. The only criticism I have is that the rug was coated with something (possibly to keep it clean) and it is very slippery to walk on and the coating transfers to the flooring making it slippery also. So beware of the unexpected sliding I am hoping it will wear off with use but it is not good for elderly people.

Lovely product, excellent service!

The rug is very nice, however the edges on parts of the rug are curled up. I have put weights on to try and flatten it. But it won't lie flat. I think perhaps it has been made to tight on the edge in certain parts

I ordered a rug and, and then checked the reviews after placing my order—which made me a bit nervous, as many of them weren’t very reassuring. I was concerned about both the quality of the product and how the company would handle things if there was an issue.

Thankfully, I was surprised. The rug itself was lovely—just a little smaller than I had hoped for the space. When I reached out about returning it, their communication was excellent. I did have to give a gentle reminder about the refund, but once I did, it was processed quite quickly.

Overall, a good experience, and I would recommend them based on the quality of the product and how they handled the return.

I can only speak positively of my experience. The rug shipped quick quickly, considering the Easter bank holiday weekend and travel distance and the quality of the rug is terrific. Really gorgeous. So glad I bought it.

The look of the carpet was just what we wanted but! A slow delivery which initially included lots of updates and then ran out so that I had to ask where the carpet was.
The downside of the carpet is it walks it is so thin that even a table and chairs carefully placed on it does not stop this. This means a risk of tripping if it is not frequently adjusted, but you get what you pay for and it was a good fair price .

Shocking company the quality on the rugs are terrible AVOID AVOID AVOID

They sold a rug for £141 which is worth no more than £20. Really very disappointed .

Essentially they will sell you a rug online which will take the majority of a month to get to you. If you ever recieve it. Waste of time go elsewhere

It become two month and it a broken line in the middle of the carpet.

Ordering was easy to do,and a wide range of products.
Unfortunately item was not quite what we wanted.
Return procedure was simple and people I dealt with when I had queries were quick to respond and friendly and helpful.
Refund was handled quickly.

Fantastic company to deal with. Customer service is an example to others. Our rug unfortunately was not right colour when arrived but problem was sorted out promptly and sensibly. Great company and would buy again

Waste of £££ avoid buying from here rug is very cheap quality for what they charge and doesn't look anything like the pics on the website.

I have ordered a rug from this company and been waiting weeks for delivery. The company advertise quick delivery which is a lie. On not receiving the item after waiting weeks, I contacted customer services. I outlined that I was not willing to wait any longer for delivery so wished for the company to recall the item and refund my transaction, as it seemed the rug was stuck in Denmark when looking at the tracking information.

Customer support (Karen) contacted me stating they would not refund the money as I needed to be patient and wait longer for delivery, even though I had already waited weeks. She stated that I had to wait for the item to be delivered and then return it at an expense to myself.

I think this company may be a scam and I am in the process of starting a claim via the courts as they refuse to provide the product I ordered in a timely manner or refund my monies. I am doubtful that the product has even been sent as the tracking information has now been stuck in Denmark for sometime.

Do not order from this company. They take your money and fail to deliver the product.

We ordered a rug from here which cost over £200. Waited weeks for it to arrive and when it did we were extremely disappointed. It was very thin and see through with pulls everywhere in the material as well as what looked like bleach stain patches all over. It’s that thin, the creases are still there from where it was folded on arrival. My husband contacted this company with photos, and of course they tried to argue the faults saying it’s now classed as a used item so they can’t take it back. After a few emails they agreed to refund £60 from £230. Trust me, I would not have settled for that but he agreed in the end as they would not admit fault.He left a review and they responded saying it’s been settled with the customer. NO, you forced the settlement on him 😡 Please avoid this company as now the rug is in the bin.

It took very long to come, n the rug is very misleading in the picture, it's really thin considering the price.

Lovely carpet. Just what I wanted. Took a few weeks to arrive due to location of business but this was fine .

I ordered a £1700 rug. They sent a rug with completely the wrong dimensions. (Half the promised size). I returned it for a refund. Now over a week since they received it (and 15 days since I sent it) they are “handling” or “checking” the rug - and they say that if they ever get round to doing that, it will then be 10 working days until I receive my refund. So they will have had my money for about 6 weeks. Just terrible service.
