EDIT: I have been refunded and they have taken accountability for the poor service I received.

I arranged a rental with them well in advance for delivery on a Friday, return on a Tuesday. The item was not delivered until Monday, by which point I had already had to buy a seat, instead of renting it, and was finishing my trip. They were impossible to get hold of over the weekend and the friday afternoon. Apparently it was the Royal Mail that fell short on its promises, but Triptots were not exactly helpful at the time.

Absolutely terrible service, avoid.

Didn’t deliver the item on time - it was delivered 4 days later than the agreed date. Which given the nature of this service makes it quite useless, meaning we had to postpone a trip and make alternative arrangements.

Received an email the night before saying it was due to be delivered as planned - then when it didn’t arrive I had to chase them and they weren’t aware it wasn’t being delivered. I have had to chase several times for a refund which I have still not received a month later.

Easy ordering, delivery and service. Rang to ask a question about delivery time and the service I received was excellent. Would recommend to anyone needing a car seat for a temporary period of time

The car seat was not delivered when expected, even though delivery instructions were left, it was eventually delivered on the day I returned home, so never got to use it. After several attempts to get a refund I still haven’t 7 weeks later…

Car seat arrived on time and in good condition. My Dad was able to fit the car seat without instructions and meet us at the airport. The seat appeared to be brand new and we had no issues using it over the few days. Returning the seat was no issue as local post office was a 2 minute walk away.

The online booking process was smooth, but there was a problem with the shipping company which did not pick up the car seat on time. A customer service agent delivered the car seat IN PERSON so that we could have the product on time. This level of commitment and service is unheard of these days, and immensely appreciated.
The car seat was new and in perfect conditions, and my toddler enjoyed it. We will definitely be ordering more for our next trips to the UK.

My order, a car seat, was never delivered. When I contacted your customer service team on the afternoon of 14th of December, I was instructed to call the Royal Mail depot and personally retrieve the item from a different city than my requested delivery address. This is an unacceptable resolution. Furthermore, when I requested a full refund, I received no answer and I am still waiting for a reply

Disappointed with the delivery. No option to book a time slot meaning someone had to be in all day in case it showed up.
Parcel Force did not deliver on the day as they did not wait long enough.
Trip Tots didn’t care and blamed it on the courier. No reduction in price given. No attempt to help.
Product was satisfactory but expensive.
Would have been better to buy the product and not waste money on 3 days rental.

Great experience, we had it delivered to car rental and it was there waiting for us when picked up the car. The car seat fitted well and had similar model to our one so it was easy to setup and for child to climitise to. The return was straight forward as kept the box the whole trip and had a return label. So went to drop off point stuck the return label and off it went . Later that evening received an email of receipted. This process definitely helped our mini break in uk.

My order wasn’t delivered, which I put down to the delivery company, however the comments provided didn’t appear to be passed onto the company for a delivery contact. I had also sent an additional email asking to ensure the information was passed on. I didn’t get a response.

I’ve since emailed, and sent an online enquiry about a refund as the goods weren’t received, and have not received any follow up communication from Trip Tots.

We had an excellent experience with Triptots. The team responded quickly to our inquiries and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The car seat was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for, which gave us confidence in its safety and quality. We also really appreciated how flexible and accommodating they were with pick-up and drop-off times — it made traveling so much easier. Overall, a great service that we would happily use again and highly recommend to others.

Super easy- cot delivered ready when we got there. Helpful instructions to post when done. Great communication and cit in very good condition and clean.

I used the Trip Tots service and it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. The service was beyond seamless, the items I rented were in pristine condition and delivery and pick-up was so convenient. I honestly would recommend the service to anyone travelling to London.

Exceptional service!! I hired a car seat whilst visiting my dad in Scotland, and from beginning to end the service was simple and stress free. Not only this, but the item was in excellent condition. I will definitely use Trip Tots again!

We are really happy with our experience with Trip Tots. We’d ordered a car seat for our grandson who was flying down with parents to the West Country to join us. There needed to be a change to the spec of the car seat due to another customer’s late return - this was swiftly communicated to check we were happy with the alternative. The seat arrived to our holiday address in good time and in excellent condition. It has now been collected as promised. Great communication with Joe who was always available on the phone. Excellent service and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Trip Tots.

Making the booking was easy. The delivery arrived to my accomodation before I did with no worries which was good.
However, they delivered two high chairs, instead of one high chair and one travel cot. I was unable to get through on phone or email so was left without a place for my baby to sleep for the first night. The next day I got through on the online chat, only to be told that they couldn’t deliver a cot until the next day.
So out of a 3 night booking, I was without a cot for 2 nights.
They did refund me the cost of the cot hire, but it was disappointing that nothing was really done to help with the fact that I had no where for my baby to sleep.
