We are older people, well travelled but new to the technologies of some things. Esim was a little concerning.. but we took the leap. Helpdesk is amazing!
For starters, thank you for having a 24/7 customer support via Whatsapp; pretty much everybody uses Whatsapp nowadays, so that makes contacting Truely a real breeze!
I had a few issues getting access to the data plan that I purchased through Truely’s app, but upon contacting them I was promptly helped by Azzahra. He/she was really patient with me and even asked me to provide screenshots throughout the process, to make sure that I was on the right track!
With that guidance I was able to resolve my issue and got the access to the data in less than 10 minutes.

Ari, the 24/7 customer support person for me was definitely helpful as I got answers to my questions within the hour and a bit. I still have to try the esim out to truly know whether it's reliable. But it looks legit.

I was very confused with my top ups
I was very confused with my top ups. Azzahra assisted me and clarified what was happening with my eSIMs. I had much better control by using my computer for the top ups rather than clicking the link in the email letting me know my data was running low.

Connected (Ultimately) in Guadeloupe
Service agents Oktaviana Indrawati and Ari were prompt, capable and indefatigable in their efforts to get me connected to the Internet after my arrival in Guadeloupe. Luckily my accommodations had free WiFi that allowed me to contact and stay in touch with the service agents. It took a day, and ultimately a complimentary separate eSIM than the regular Caribbean one I had purchased and installed prior to departure. I then had coverage for 4 different island nations (Guadeloupe, Domenica, Martinique, Saint Lucia), which took a few hours after each arrival to become connected, but no problems once established.

Delightful experiences of a first timer
my first time installing a data eSIM and finding Truely on search. I was confused on how to use it and avoid international roaming charges from my cell carrier. I also had some payment problems during purchase. The team at Truely was very responsive, patient, and understanding in guiding me through the process. Even after successfully installing the eSIM, I had questions on how to operate it upon arrival to my destination, Azzahra came on and patiently explained each step so that I'm totally comfortable with this purchase and installation. I expect a smooth transition and feel I'll be sold on this mode of operation for my future overseas travel. I'm certainly glad to know that I have 24/7 support from the team to ensure everything to be seamless.

Arimas C. did a great job on helping me create an account and receiving the Esim-installation email, that hasn't been initially sent after my purchase. They resolved the problem within a minute.
