Outstanding service
I couldn’t quite get the eSIM to work for me in Addis , I sent an email to the customer service and they responded and helped me in less than 10 minutes.
Oktaviana gave me such amazing service and my card was up and running just a few minutes later. Great service! Will def make use of them again

Bayu Ajie …great service
Bayu Ajie assisted me in getting my eSim properly set up on my samsung once I arrived in Asia and found it unresponsive...the eSim - but a few instructions and a few screen shots...and BAM! Everything works!!

App issue fixed by Help desk on Whatsapp
There was a problem with the app so my e sim purchases weren't going through.
I contacted them via Whatsapp and Octaviana helped me get the esims and everything was fixed and working within a few minutes.
The help was very courteous and professional

I was unable to install/activate the eSIM and couldn’t reach support. Utter waste of money. It’s appalling that I had no way to reach customer support, at the very least an email address!

I bought an ESIM fo use in Vietnam. During the purchase process I gave Truely my email address to which they were going to send order confirmation etc. it turned out I could not access this email address . Truely support team gave excellent personal support to rectify the problem and guide me through the set up process. Highly recommended individual service in a soulless age!

Great Coverage, Super Cheap, Amazing Customer Service
Truely has given me great coverage in Europe so far with easy to set up and wildly affordable data packages.
I had a slight settings error (my fault) and contacted customer support via WhatsApp for assistance. My call for help was answered by Andy M. who was super helpful and patient and got me back up and running in no times
