Unfortunately, my order of the 7th May has not arrived. I have reached out to the company via email and social media and received no response. I have checked the website and there is a statement saying orders are taking 1 to 2 weeks to dispatch but even so I should have received my order by now. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from customer service. Totally regret not reading the reviews or checking Facebook before ordering. My recommendation would be avoid as so many others have already said.

Do not buy from them! I wish I’d read the reviews before I placed my order but it’s been 3 weeks and my order hasn’t been shipped. I’ve requested a refund 3 times via customer service and had no response.

Would give -10 stars if I could and wish had checked reviews before ordering. Absolute shambles! Like so many others, goods never turned up and no response from the company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

AVOID - Do not use this company - like many others I have been scammed! Website looks professional and their products looked quality. I should have read the trust pilot reviews before ordering. Placed an order for a silicone dog tag on the 18th April, and despite several emails - none of which they responded to, I have still not received the goods paid for. I received an email on 6 May saying they had dispatched my order, however until this day, when I check the tracking number with Royal Mail it states they have been advised that a package has been sent to them however they have not yet received it!! I have now started a claim via my bank. If there was an option to leave no stars I would have

If I could rate no stars, I'd do it. I've waited 4 weeks for item. Emailed three times and no reply, so I've reported them for fraud to my bank.DO NOT USE!

Looks like my experience is the same as many others. I placed an order for 2 tags 3 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago i got notification it had been despatched and a Royal Mail tracking number, but the item has not yet been recevied by royal mail. I've sent them 2 messages and no response. I'm going to try a recharge on my credit card for goods not received.
It's a shame as I really wanted their tags, and this was a test order before I placed a much bigger order.
Nevermind, they won't be getting any more business from me.

I hate to leave a bad review but I like many others have not received the items ordered and had no replies to emails either directly or on social media

I have edited my review as my tag has turned up almost 2 months after ordering it and still no contact from the company - fingers crossed everyone missing tags receives them soon

Had email advising order had been posted using Royal Mail 24 hour over a week ago. Customer service is non existant. No response to emails and no other way of contacting the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Item still not arrived after 12 days.

Sent 3 emails without a response.

Came on here to check if I’d been scammed!! Looks like not .. but I can’t comment on quality of item as I’ve not received anything! Mind you I have not been waiting nearly as long as some people on here! I have emailed twice but had no reply. V poor communication and customer service. Reading these reviews.. It seems I might hear something after a couple of months so I will just wait. Do not order from them - I’m sure other companies must do similar items but with better customer service/communication.

I really like my dogs new tag, my only issue is that it took some time to be posted.

Ordered at the end of Feb. Received an email to say the order had been dispatched with tracking code two weeks later. Tracking didn't work and order wasn't received. Received email on 23 March to say order hadn't been dispatched and would I like a refund. I replied and said yes, I would. No refund, no reply to my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Update * item arrived today after 3 weeks of waiting. They are lovely and feel decent quality. Such a shame the communication is so poor from the company and the shipping info is not accurate.

Please avoid this company at all costs. Ordered my tag 4 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I emailed them after 2 weeks and they said that they ‘accidentally’ marked all orders as dispatched and my tag will be sent out to be delivered within the next few days, 2 weeks after that and it’s still not here! Emailed them countless of times for a refund and they’ve ignored them all.

Really disappointed, took ages to arrive and it was only when I emailed that I got an email advise there was an issue with delivery. I wish I had gotten my money back not because of the delivery but because of the quality of the tab. Dog has had it on for 5 mins and destroyed it, so honestly not worth the money. Will have to go and get one from somewhere else now

Edit: Initially gave 1 star but tags arrived today after waiting for over 2 months. They are really great quality, its such a shame their poor communication let them down. Hopefully they can get it sorted going forward. Would give 5 stars for quality of product.

Ordered tags weeks ago and still not received them. Sent countless emails and no reply. This is a shambles of a company. Steer clear.
