Truffle & Paw Avis 360

After placing and paying for my order on 14/05/26 I have heard nothing. I have sent six emails/enquiries and heard nothing! Absolutely dreadful customer service! What a scam!

DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! I am so disappointed as we ordered a name tag from them a year or two ago and it arrived promptly. We ordered another one 3 weeks ago when our last one finally broke off and they said it was a 2 week delivery. I emailed to find out whether they were even dispatching orders after seeing all the other negative reviews and they didn't respond. I have since cancelled my order and had to raise a dispute with my bank. The company they claim to be owned by has been dissolved by Companies House in November 2025. Avoid.

Ordered a tag 2 years a go and even though it was late to arrive and I had to chase the order it was great. got a voucher to say sorry for the delay for £10. Used that on an order placed on 9th April 2026 and have not received item, have emailed with no response and have messaged on Instagram and no response. Disgraceful that they are still taking money from customers and not fulfilling orders

I’m so disappointed with this company. I ordered a dog tag over a month ago but still no delivery or updates. My online tracking still says ‘unfulfilled’ in the website. Absolutely no response to several emails. Dreadful customer service and delivery. Even a response with an explanation would have helped me as luckily my order isn’t urgent. Now I don’t know whether to cancel my order and risk losing my money.

Good product but absolutely disgusting after sales service, well there isn't any 😡 I ordered 2 silicone dog tags as I have 2 dogs, both with the same engraving on. They arrived within 2 weeks of ordering so that wasn't too bad, Royal Mail kept me upto date on delivery. When they arrived I was pleased with the quality of the product but only 1 out of the 2 I ordered came engraved. Wasn't happy so I sent an email stating the order no etc, heard nothing. I have now sent, I think around 5 emails and have written to them about 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I would avoid this company at all costs. There are other great companies out there that sells just as good a product with 5* and above ratings. I haven't yet been able to use the dog tags on my 2 dogs as I pacifically wanted them to be worn together at the same time! I am now going to contact watchdog in which I have emailed truffle & paw again, staying this

Never recieved my tag, nor did I get any response to my emails requesting an update. Wish I had checked trustpilot before ordering, AVOID!!!

They wouldn't respond to any emails with updates on the order, and when they did, it was in the wrong colour. I still haven't received a reply, despite sending multiple emails to the website and email address. Still waiting to hear back...

This company has been dissolved. It is no longer registered with Companies House. DO NOT order anything from this company.
I placed an order in January, emailed them 3 times chasing up the order, no reply.

Scammers. Unbelievably poor from start to finish.

Took over a month to ship, another 2 weeks to be delivered, when received they had sent us someone else order.

Expected a collar, tag, and lead, but received a tag for someone else’s dog.

Currently chasing a refund but expect it will go nowhere.

How can you run a business like this.

I ordered a dog tag weeks ago. It has not arrived. I have messaged and emailed them at least 7-8 times.All you get is an automated response:
“Our estimated delivery timeframes are on our shipping policy page. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as it’s on its way.”

No personal service, I have tried emails, Facebook, message service on their website…NOTHING.

They do not deserve to be in business.

Whilst the product itself is good (ordered my first one in 2024), I’m growing convinced no one seems to work there. Just like my first order, when I had to chase up the delivery because despite their SLA (top tip T&P, SLAs are to under promise and over deliver, not just something you write for funsies), I had no communication of shipping and it exceeded their 5 day lead time, only to get a “it’s summer we’re busy” response. Which given the type of product, the tags should be pre-made and then 5 minutes to laser on the design/details? My tag broke last month, so I ordered a new one 29th Jan; again, 5 day lead time goes by. I’ve emailed twice from 30th Jan; no response, I messaged their Instagram, no response, and when I’ve cancelled my order - quelle surprise, with the exception of an automated email, no response.
When I went to check my order confirmation, apparently they’re still busy with summer volumes, in January??

Just avoid - over priced, no service and frankly - what’s the point spending £20 on a tag that’ll never show up? Absolutely appalling

I had a Truffle and Paw dog tag and my dog lost it in the woods one day, so I went and ordered some more. This was weeks ago and despite chasing I have heard absolutely nothing about my order. I just want to cancel it at this point and they won't even respond to me.

Update 16.2.26: I received my order today.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I had ordered! They took payment and haven't delivered my order. No response when I've tried to contact them. Please do not buy from this company.

Submitted an order on 08/01/26, almost 4 weeks ago. Submitted an enquiry on 22/01/26 to chase this up - no reply to date.
We collected our puppy in the meantime so had to buy an alternative.
Wish I’d read other reviews before submitting my order. Would not recommend.

Ordered on 18th January 2026, waited almost 2 weeks to chase with an email no response at all. So then tracked on their website a week later saying unfulfilled so now requested to cancel as the tags were ordered for our dogs going to the dog sitter and they are needed urgently now so having to look elsewhere. Really disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend based on their customer service and communication

We ordered some tags from this company in early January. No sign of tags after 3 weeks so checked them out. Truffle&Paw are a trading name of a company called B&K Products Ltd - Company number 12912676. They were wound up in November 2025. So looks like anyone who ordered after should look at getting onto their bank for a refund and perhaps contact trading standards.

Unfortunately I’ve had the same experience as many others. We placed our Truffle & Paw order 3rd January 2026 and have received nothing, they’re not responding to emails, we have requested a cancellation and they have not gotten back to us on that either.

We had had no other option but to do a charge back with our bank, please avoid at all costs.

I placed an order in December not arrived, asked twice for a cancellation, emails not answered, sent messages on FB not responded to! Very poor customer service well actually no customer service they don’t answer you!

Items not arrived and no reply to any emails or calls to find out what’s happened to them. Total rip off merchants

I, like many others, have used the company in the past and been happy with product and delivery time. However, I placed an order on the 24th December 2025 expecting there to be a delay but I have heard NOTHING! No response to emails, messages, telephone number not connecting….no response or refund to two cancellation requests. It’s a pity as the tags (if they arrive) are lovely.
