Poor comms and slow delivery
Ordered once before and was happy but placed an order on 28th December 2025 and now on 16th January no information on when I can expect delivery. Have sent messages via the website and no response. Was told to expect delivery within 8-9 days but even allowing for new year holidays, this has been really slow. Disappointing as it’s a great product. UPDATE - reversed the charge on my credit card and the tags were dispatched within a few days. No apology or explanation. They arrived minus the pictogram on the reverse which I ordered. But at least I have something for the money albeit 7 weeks since I ordered.

No product delivered after nearly two months of waiting and zero customer service - just automated emails to any type of query. I note they are still paying for Google searches but they seem to be generating business that they cannot fulfil.

“ Hi Natalie, thank you for your order. Due to high demand and the summer period, it is taking us longer than normal to process orders and we thank you for your patience.
Currently we estimate orders with all in-stock items to be processed in 1 week.

The part about summer period isn’t really relevant for an order I made in November? I sent an email to them on 19th November to chase up and still no reply??

Awful, non existent level of customer service. Product arrived and it’s great but will not use again.
Took over a month to arrive with no communication despite 3 different emails asking for an update. Unsure if it’s a coincidence or not, but requested a refund via American Express and the next day, the product was posted. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend. Amazon do cheaper alternatives that look no different to what we got.

I ordered my tag at the beginning of September, received shipping notifications with nothing arriving, I sent multiple emails and queries on the website, requested a refund, cancellation of order, non arrival of product, you name it I did it...with NOT A THING in response. The discourtesy of it is incredible. On the website they pride themselves on being small and Vogue loves them etc, but it is appalling to become this stressed about a dog tag. Awful people. Never again.
What has happened to this company?!
A year ago I would've given this company a 5* review so I'm incredibly confused about what has happened to them. I made an order on the 5th October and despite receiving an auto email to say it was on its way, the items have never been received and we're now almost 2 months later.
Perhaps even more egregious than not receiving my order is the company's complete lack of communication. They haven't been active on their socials for almost 2 years and have failed to respond to the numerous messages I've sent them. I've emailed, I've filled in the "contact us" form on the website, I've sent them messages on every social media platform I have access to and I have heard NOTHING back. Not even a courtesy reply.
I am a repeat customer -- the order I didn't receive would've been my fourth order with them -- but I will never order from them again. Incredibly disappointing from a company that used to be excellent.

It’s been two months since I placed my order. I have still not received the product. I have contacted customer service several times with no response. I have no tracking details no updates. I would not recommend at all. I pay for products that have not yet received, essentially this is a scam and I have now lost my money to this terrible company.

Bought from this company before with no issues. Ordered again 3 weeks ago, no tag and no response to emails. Just contacted PayPal to open a dispute and they refunded me immediately, which leads me to think they know something we don’t. AVOID!

Having bought one of these previously for my dog I ordered another over a month ago for a wee dogs birthday. I have lost track of the number of messages and emails I have sent and every time I get the same message back - “check our delivery times” (which incidentally say shipping in 48hrs!). What has happened to this company? An excellent product but dire customer service and shipping info is nonexistent!!!

Wished I had read the reviews before placing an order. As I would never have used this company. I ordered an ID tag on 12/10/25. I have emailed this company that many times now to ask when item will be delivered, last email sent today. They have not had the decency to reply to any email. I am disgusted on how they treat their customers. I ha ve asked for a refund now as ive been waiting nearly a month now, even though they say 48hrs delivery. Its a joke. Will never use this company again. If I could give you no star. I would. Not a happy customer
Disappointing service despite great products
Update (24/11/2025): The tags finally arrived today. Based on the date in the original postage email I received on 27 October 2025, it's clear that the dispatch information I was given was inaccurate. Despite contacting Truffle & Paw multiple times, I never received a single response to any of my enquiries.
The products themselves are, as always, very good quality, but the customer service remains extremely poor. At the very least, the company needs to update customers with accurate turnaround and delivery times, and communicate honestly about delays. Until then, ordering from them continues to be a frustrating experience despite the quality of the items.

I hate to leave a negative review because the quality of Truffle & Paw's products is genuinely excellent once you actually receive them (hence two stars rather than one) . However, getting the items - and any kind of response from customer service - is where everything falls apart.
I placed an order for two tags on October 13th 2025, which was supposedly posted via Royal Mail on October 27th 2025, with an estimated delivery time of one to two business days. It's now November 10th 2025, and I still haven't received my tags.
I've reached out to Truffle & Paw multiple times - both by direct email and via the contact form on their website - and have had no response at all.
It's such a shame, because having ordered from them before, I know their products are high quality. Unfortunately, their turnaround times, delivery process, and customer service are extremely poor.
There are now plenty of other businesses offering customised silicone dog tags, so I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere until Truffle & Paw sorts out their communication and reliability issues.

I ordered my dog tag at the end of August and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted Truffle and Paw numerous times via email and their website and have had no response. They’ve taken my money and there is no way to claim a refund.
