Great product
Great product. Leicester showroom personnel were great and helped me get a right product and quote.
I used Custom canopies, listed as authorised installer. They are great definitely recommend to hire them for installation.

I travelled approximately two hours to visit the Tuinmaximaal showroom before placing my order. During my visit, I specifically discussed delivery times because I already had an installer arranged. I was reassured that delivery would be prompt, which was an important factor in my decision to proceed.
Since placing my order, obtaining basic information has been incredibly frustrating. I have repeatedly contacted customer services via WhatsApp and telephone requesting an update, but my questions have largely gone unanswered.
On the phone, I asked to speak to a manager but was told staff are "not allowed" to transfer customers to one. As a customer who has already paid a significant amount of money, I found this very disappointing.
Following my formal complaint, I eventually received an automated message from the delivery team stating that delivery is expected in July. However, this did not address any of the concerns raised in my complaint, and I have received no response from customer services or management. Despite further attempts to contact the company by telephone, I still cannot obtain any meaningful update or speak to someone with authority to deal with my concerns.
My disappointment is not simply about the delivery timeframe itself, but the poor communication, lack of ownership, and apparent inability to escalate concerns. Customers spending thousands of pounds should not have to repeatedly chase for information or be prevented from speaking to a manager.
I hope Tuinmaximaal improves its customer service and complaint handling, as the after-sales support has fallen well below my expectations.

Good quality veranda but very poor customer service!
I bought a modern veranda from Tuinmaximaal. Firstly, there are several positive things: an easy ordering process and useful information via the website, a high quality product which looks really great, and it was delivered quicker than expected. If I was to stop there I’d have given 5 stars.
However, during installation (which I had done by my local affiliated partner listed on the Tuinmaximaal website), we noticed a considerable amount of sagging in the middle. Indeed Tuinmaximaal state that some sagging should be expected, but what I saw was unacceptable. Upon further investigation, I concluded that the size I ordered (6.06m length; 2.5m projection) was right at the design limit. It was supplied with 2 support posts but this size should have come with 3 posts as standard. I had to order an additional post at extra cost. My attempts to contact customer service was met with no response whatsoever. Hence, overall my 3-star rating.

Good communication around my order
Good communication around my order. The instructions video was great (although I still managed to make a few mistakes. I should have watched it end to end a couple of times before I started. )
The product itself (Sliding glass door kit) is excellent.
Delivery day was good too. Quick, clean and efficient.

Everything ordered was delivered on the date specified. However, when the install was complete I wished to change the way the glass doors opened. I contacted Tuinmaximaal to order an extra handle. They wanted £100 to deliver it!!!!
Not happening. I could send a parcel for less than £5 to Holland!

The basic veranda kit was fine
The basic veranda kit was fine, the problem lies in the addition of the glass sliding door kit. It's not clear what you get in the kit and what are extras. I think there should be a comprehensive kit which includes seals end strips ect.
