When i began the program i was told that the fee would be taken from the settlement amount. As i am finishing the process i realize its being charged from the original amount totally missled on that otherwise i was pleased...

I just started this program so I do not have a lot of feedback. They do keep in touch with you and let you know what the next steps are with my case.

Turnbull handled the negotiation well and in a timely fashion. Transfer of funds is simple and straightforward. They are currently at work on settlement of the second of four debts under consideration. Correspondence with Turnbull associates has been excellent! This company has its act together!:)

There was hardly any communication with the attorney that I had. Everything was going smooth up until my final year where I would have been completed with my program. Due to the lack of communication in regard to one of my settlements, my bank account became frozen and I had a judgment letter to attend court for garnishment of my bank account. I immediately called Turnbull to drop the creditor that I owed, and ultimately paid my final creditor in full on my own. Being that I already had a judgement in place I could no longer negotiate. Would not recommend anyone to do a debt settlement company, it’s better to try to negotiate on your own.

I like the contact level. I have never felt alone in the process. I wish I could sense more positive activity toward my creditors. I have been told no funds have been distributed by my creditors. And have been warned that nothing will be happening to alleviate the distrust of my creditors until Turnbull has received their funding. Is this true?

When i signed on i specifically stated my pay period days for withdrawal out of my bank account any other agreement is unrealistic!! When these are my pay dates.. however, i was told tge Contract stated every 14 days when my pay period is NOT every 14 days. I SPECIFICALLY made this clear to the gentlemen at the onset if the agreement. Well my account was drawn a day b4 resulting in fee i lost and have to pay in 160 dollars in fees. Super annoyed!! Because I cannot afford to loose money to my account

Well Turnbull has closed two accounts for me and they are working closely on my other accounts

I called because I wanted to discuss my dissatisfaction. The rep kept telling me the same over and over even after I asked her not to.

After getting laid off 18 months ago and having to call and to say that I couldn’t afford my payments, your reps showed great empathy and never gave me a hard time. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.

I think they do a great job getting the debt lowered, but it is taking way too long to pay off the debt.

The program has been everything I hoped for. The people I talk to are so helpful and answer all my questions. I now have a clear plan to being debt-free in the future.

I could have negotiated the same settlements without your support without racking up $3000 more in debt while you fail to settle with the last creditor.

I was pretty stressed out with all the payments i had to make that i knew i couldn’t. Turnbull however put me at ease with a solid plan and friendly help. I think if you’re in a situation where you have to do something like this then turnbull is very good group to turn to.
