Everything that was told to me from the start has happened a year into it very happy with my progress and work that Turnbull has done for Me app is great to track my progress and negotiations really happy to see a finality to my debt definitely would highly recommend Turnbull in the future.

I think the program was great and it all worked out in the end, but there should be more transparency and communication about how it works and what's exactly being paid. 4 stars for positive customer service. One missing star for confusion during the program and lack of consistency between agent response.

The experience was just as it was described in the initial days of the process. After just one year of consistent on time payments, I was able to qualify for the Achieve loan which resulted in all of the enrolled debt being paid off. It was a little scary at first with 3 of the creditors threatening to sue, etc... However, each time, a lawyer was provided who handled it all. All-in-all, this was a good experience.

They're helping me get on the right track without me having to worry about thinking or stressing too much over it.
