So far, Turnbull has done everything they promised I’m very pleased with the service and the advance explanation of how the process works. Although I feel badly that I am unable to repay the money that I rightfully borrowed, I am so grateful that the service is available.

They want to hear your story, be empathetic & understanding. But, really not because it’s about getting clients. The moment I submitted the request. It was less than a minute to get an introductory phone call. The fee charged is as much as what the credit companies charges. All my phone call experiences were recommending me to file bankruptcy. It’s not what want to hear.

Provides timely informational updates, customer service is exceptional!

I enrolled my debt with Turnbull sometime last year. I had a lot of expectation and high hopes in the process as was sold to me.
Firstly let me highlight what l thought Turnbull is good at

1. They are good at marketing. They sell you hope. A lot of hope.
2. They are very efficient at collecting deposits for the dedicated account.
3. They are good at not returning calls or keeping you in the loop as regards your account status.

Now let me highlight what they are not good at.
1. Customer service is terrible to the least. Very rude and patronizing.
2. Despite their efficiency at withdrawning funds for the dedicated account they are not keen to refund the same funds with the same expediency when services are terminated.
They categorically tell you not to call them for the refund from remaining money from the dedicated account. Implying that they will refund at a time that works best for them.
I pretty much negotiated and settled my debts while Turnbull was talking about " strategic holds" which cost me lawsuits.

I really appreciate the assistance of resolving my debt! However, the very last debt I had showed account closed on their site and my credit report but this site showed last payment being sent after that. And with way more than that in my dedicated account, my account still withdrew from my bank biweekly. This took money that was not needed. Hoping to get the several hundred dollars left in my dedicated account as fast as they withdrew it. This part needs to be improved!

Helped me get things started and now maybe I will get things rolling. Feels good to see progress. Thank you
