Payment was easily made and I was presented with three options to choose from.

They made all my credit cards that I was paying and never late every one late and get late fees thinking after they tell me not to pay them, they were going to reach out to the company the payment I paid them could have paid my credit cards even the minimum is so be it. I am very angry.

I liked the fact that when I get served with civil papers, all I have to do is send over to them. I think the fees are extreme, I think I've paid more fees than the actual payments to creditors. I was told that the "settlement" fees come out towards the end, that wasn't true, I also think they weren't honest about how much their fees were going to be.

They made my debt seem easy to resolve

I've been working with Turnbull on my debt relief program for 11 months and every experience I've had with them, every interaction I've had with staff has been uniformly positive.

I've specifically mentioned to every staff member I've spoken to about how kind and supportive they are, which is especially helpful when dealing with finances and potentially shame-filled experiences.

And then of course there's the debt relief. I can't express in words how much weight has been lifted from me by being in this program. It's enormous and inexplicable in words. Thank you!

Great communication and customer service

I want to express my extreme thanks to Turnbull for the job they have done for me. I was married for fifty years until my wife passed from cancer. With both of us in good jobs we were able to travel to many places in the world taking our parents, sons, and grandchildren. We also donated to many charitable organizations. We had a debt of over $150,000.00 from seven finance companies (credit card, loans). Started with Turnbull two years ago and they negotiated with my creditors. I just completed the program and am now debt free. All the Turnbull people I dealt with were very honest, truthful, and understanding. Never received a call from any creditors. Thank you Turnbull for negotiating my debt, all the payments, and a new lease on life!! Thank you forever!!

Turnbull has been a life saver. They are very good at keeping me up to date. Finding things I missed and keeping the process super duper simple. I would recommend to anyone before they consider filing bankruptcy!!

I was at my lowest, burden with a lot of debt.when I signed on with Turnball I was a little afraid this wasn’t the way to go but boy was it the right way to go! After a year with Turnball a couple of my creditors are paid off or settle with a much lower total. My outlook is fantastic!

Turnbull Law explains everything forward and is documented with legitimate documents signed and no tricks or anything. Truly they get debts settled for half the amount with payments structured strategically so as you pay funds into program they build while paying settlements. Then, can work on other settlements in a timely manner. I've been with Turnbull for awhile and looks like I will be done in a few months. Hope to build from this experience and be more prepared for financial events in life. Thank you Turnbull!

I have been with Turnbull for 17 months. They didn't even begin trying to reach a settlement with two of the four creditors until I paid the full enrollment amount off. Even then it's been 4 weeks since I have done that and am still being charged my usual payments. I have another creditor enrolled in the program who is trying to sue me even after I paid the full amount to Turnbull.

The staff was pretty accurate. I just wish the settlements would come quicker

The Turnbull Debt program is great ‼️ I just gave them all my debts and they took control of it ‼️. All I had to do was make sure my payments were in there every month and it was all taken care of for me. No headaches about which one was getting paid this month and how much to pay 🙏🏻‼️ I will recommend them for anyone who needs help with their finances..
