I like that the people are friendly and helpful but they take forever to finish payments on my settlements. I wish they would work faster since it should take long to do payments if my dedicated account has the money in it.

I managed to pay off 7 credit cards with over $8,000 combined total charged to them in 3 years. I would've been paying on them the rest of my life.

The Turnbull company is great. It is a good resource for those who can’t afford to make monthly payments on multiple CC and need settlements that would help bring down the payments and get out of debt. I’ve been working with them for 2 years now and will be finishing the program next year because I have increased the amount often enough to finish it faster. They do have a lot of additional charges in the program but I get they have to make money as well, and people need to get paid for the services provided. They also communicate well and email often about settlements and deposits etc. Overall I’m glad I will be done with the program soon and I’m hoping to restore my credit once done because my credit has been damaged do to the none direct payments to the credit card company.

Very skeptical at first. Limited in knowledge of this type of experience. Turnbull did what they said they would do. Communications was good. Company reps were respectful and helpful, seemed knowledgeable. Fees seemed somewhat steep, but I do not regret my decision to use their services.
