Support services are kind helpfull and get your problem sorted quickly, response tines are usually within 24h. parts are ither sent out for free or for a fair price and usually arrive within 7-10 days. They are also still happy to help out with thier older printers too. Kind thanks to Obi and Bell who helped me out this time.

Pre sale service could be better to obtain more clarity on what product packages to buy. After sales service however is absolutely brilliant and in particular with helping resolve any issues. I love my M7 Pro so much I added the M7 Max and it is absolutely awesome. They have been churning out very impressive results 24/7 non stop. I can increase my commercial output with confidence.

I Purchased my Kobra S1 Combo a month ago, had a few teething issues, but with the excellent support from the Any cubic team they were resolved quickly, keep up the great support.

Purchased a kobra 3 combo at the start of the year and its been the best printer ive had to date ive had only one hardware issue and Anycubic are fixing that free of charge for me going above and beyond for their customer on this one.

Very happy with the help and support from the team and grateful for them sending out a replacement part with I hope solves my problem

Great experience using this company I have bought two of their models and intend to buy more in the next few months.
I had to contact the customer service due to my fault, and they were quick to respond with a solution

During a recent print run, my printer failed to print, the built plate was jammed with the motor humming away. I contacted Anycubic support and received a quick response, along with a set of troubleshooting instructions. After providing them with a video showing the issue, they confirmed that a replacement part is being dispatched. Well pleased!

Despite a time difference delay, the support I received was great and the problem was diagnosed quickly. A replacement part was sent and helpful videos showed how to replace it.with clear instructions. Happy with level of service received

Had a damaged PEI plate on my kobra s1, contacted support and they replied within a few hours saying a replacement would be sent out.

I had to contact Anycubic customer service as I had broken the wires on two fans. Customer service asked me for details of my machine and which fan, and sent me two replacement fans foc. I couldn't ask for a better service.

I have been using an anycubic photon mono 4 ultra for a few months with no issues and it ran beautifully. When. I did have a screen issue, the tech team replaced it as quickly as they could. Great service and great printer!

A minor issue with a failed USB stick. Replied next day with offer of replacement or cash to buy another

There after care of customers is really good. Had two issues with my 3d printer after I purchased six months ago. Both times they worked with me to solve the issues and fast replacement of parts.

I would recommend this company just for the customer service alone. You don't get that with other 3D print firms who take your money and run.

I own a 5s pro and wow what a printer!. The support team (especially Nelson) has been brilliant and helped me resolve my ongoing issue. The 12k prints are coming out fast and flawless with no layer lines and perfectly smooth. I will continue to buy their products as the quality and build is top.
