The speed of delivery of my swimming costume was excellent. The quality was also excellent and although slightly more expensive than other retailers but, it was worth the money.

Quality of bikinis is fantastic. On the downside, the delivery was awful. Three weeks for delivery! No tracking info … frustrating

Lots of variety to choose from
Lots of variety to choose from - some may say too much as was difficult to decide what I wanted. I am around a size 10 so ordered as per their size guide a S- but have found their bikini bottoms a little tight (hence the 4 stars as sizing a little off) - but have not changed them just in case the 12 is too big! So if you are a larger size 10 then go for the M or 12.
Delivery was very quick and the quality is always good with Cupshe. Will use again.

Great quality bikini set
Ordered a bikini set, but unfortunately the bikini top was too small. Lovely colour and quality shame it’s not sold separately so you can choose individual sizes for top and bottoms.
Returned items and received a refund.
Good customer service.

Réponse de UK Cupshe
Dear customer, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your order did not arrive in time for your holiday, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been.
Regarding the shipping time, we understand that it can be frustrating when orders take longer than expected to arrive. Please kindly note that all of our items have a processing time that is clearly shown on the delivery page, which is up to 1 business day after an order is placed. Delivery Time = Warehouse Processing Time + Shipping Time. Additionally, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. We always strive to get our orders to our customers as quickly as possible; however, shipping times may occasionally vary due to factors beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delay and regret that the package did not arrive in time for your trip.
Lastly, we have sent you an email so we can discuss this further with you and see what resolution we can come up with. Please check it at your convenience. We hope to hear from you soon!

I was sceptical a few years ago when I first purchased. I thought it would be a nightmare to do any returns. How wrong was I.
The quality on most of the products is good, but what I love is there Customer Services are quick to respond and their return process is so simple along with them processing the return as soon as you have posted it back.
I got caught out last year with purchasing one I couldn’t return, as long as you know anything on final sale is non return then it’s fine.
I do shop at other locations but always end up with a CUPSHE.
