What a scam- fake goods and tat from Temu, most in the bin. Don’t waste your money. Don’t autobot me the same reply - I have contacted you direct

I left an honest review, listed the positives and negatives and their response was to ban me from ordering again. Avoid like the plague

“Given everything you have said about the value and the risk, I do not think these boxes are right for you, and I would rather be honest about that than sell you another one. We will not be taking further orders from you. I wish you all the best.”

I paid £189.98 for the lost parcels regular box including postage It arrived the very next day but I was not impressed with the contents, three of the packages were the same which the person packaging them clearly knew as they were all in distinctive pink packaging with the same return address and they were a cork ball, a tea bag and a toothbrush. Some of the contents in the parcels were as follows

Unwrapped razor blades
a Temu flan dish but its plastic so can’t even be used for its purpose or it will melt
6 bottles of Temu textured hair powder which could contain anything
Hair bobbles with hair on them
Temu flowers
Temu silicone moulds
Temu eyelashes
Balloons
100 hair nets
Temu eyelashes
Some black plastic things even Google can’t tell me what they are
A cream Temu dress
Pink a and a orange Temu skirt and top
Freezer bags
Ugly hair clips
And other tat

Ok things I got
A man’s jacket that is £15 on Amazon
Something that turns your car cd player into a cup holder but don’t know for what car
A Vera moda top new with tags (sold for 5)
An Incredible Hulk costume (sold for £8 on Vinted)
2 dog coats
A £20 faux leather coat from Amazon

All in all most of it is tat and will be thrown away, some of it I don’t even know what it is and the odd thing is ok. The entire contents comes to about £60 in resale value.

I contacted unboxing heaven as I was annoyed I got 3 parcels the same, the health and safety issues with the open razor blades in the pack and a worry someone could have hurt themselves. All the videos you see of influences say it’s well worth the money but this site is full of people saying it’s not, they are clearly giving influencers better boxes.

I know it’s a mystery box but you shouldn’t get 3 the same, never mind getting razor blades, surely they have an X-ray machine to see the items are safe? I contacted unboxing heaven who offered no help, they said they would bear the concerns with the razor blades in mind, that they are mystery boxes so there is no guarantee (which I know but there should at least be one thing worth something decent) and they didn’t respond to 3 parcels being identical in contents, address and packaging.

All in all I’m very disappointed, I will give them one more chance incase it was a fluke and the boxes the influencers get are out there but I’m not holding out hope. My advice at the moment is give it a go and see what you think for yourself, opening the parcels is fun not knowing what you are going to get but don’t expect to make your money back. I will make a new review once I have given them another chance.

I do think customer service could be more helpful when people are unsatisfied.

Delivery next day. Box contents useless lots of electronic bits half a laptop car fog lights and baby clothes from China. Obviously the influencers rating these are not getting the same boxes as joe public. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Delivery ok. Took a while. But the contents are obviously gone through, either by hand or scanned by x ray to see what they send you. Cheap Chinese tat. £90 for absolute garbage that I wouldn't even put to a charity shop. They will only send those items and keep the good stuff themselves. Shocking really. Don't be gullible like me, don't buy.

I had purchased before why I returned .
I had waited for the mini parcels to be on the website again as my last lot was a great find when I seen they were on sale I didn't think twice ordered immediately wish I had not unfortunately the mini parcels I received this time were not of standard sales of £10 the rest went to charity or the bin l did email communication fantastic though at times condescending stating mystery well I know this why I had patiently waited as my last mystery was fantastic.I never ever given a one star as I completely understand it is hard running a business this time it is needed a complete waste of £50 I believe with postage I will not be purchasing again and it is a shame as stated last 2 mystery were excellent unfortunately a big thumbs down on this occasion 2 star for communication.

I love the boxes always something different in them. I had some really weird things like a full size Japanese kimono all embroidered with dragons, it’s beautiful but what can I do with it. Loads of brand name, beautiful dress from phase eight, they are returns and unclaimed mail, so you never know what you will get. I think it’s well worth the money and it’s so much fun opening the packets

I have used unboxing heaven for a while now . I must say they are absolutely amazing. I get the undelivered mail boxes and they are great . It’s so quick and easy and it’s next day delivery.
If you have ever wondered then try one box but be quick you have to be ready on a Thursday at 10 they will sell out by five past ten . You really don’t be disappointed believe me,

Absolute bag of rubbish. Not one thing is useful to me , I contacted them after to enquire about a return - to which I received no reply.

I bought an unopened parcel box for just short of £100 with delivery but it was definitely not worth the money. 1 or 2 ok bits in it but mostly full of cheap tat and I’ve had to bin most of it. I was disappointed because I’ve bought the branded dress box previously which was really good but I certainly won’t use them again after this rubbish

Delivered on time and received a bunch of good items from their heavenly mix box. Received a good collection of clothes and parcels. Would definitely buy from them again. Totally worth the unboxing experience.

So this is unfair to unboxing heaven. But DPD lied about me being out and not delivering when I was actually talking to another delivery driver outside my building at the time and no other delivery drivers in sight. Then promised to delivery it later that day and didn't then next day left it in unsecured areas under a sign saying in was a unsecure area and when I finally saw it it was opened. I had ten packages inside so I don't think anything was taken. Will not re order while you have dpd as your couriers so apologise to unboxing heaven but this time it wasn't a good experience

Great box! Hundreds of pounds worth of parcels

The box arrived the next day which was amazing. The contents I was less impressed with, I know it’s pot luck but one package was 7 tracksuits in XXL clearly from Temu or similar. I specifically didn’t pick the Temu box and was hoping for better quality items but I suppose that’s the gamble, although the description said UK suppliers for the Heavenly Box. May try the smaller box next time.

Don’t bother get a lighter and burn 🔥 what ever money your spending it be more fun than this box of 💩

Great selection really enjoyed opening boxes !!

Can't fault the despatch and delivery. However the contents were extremely strange! A blood pressure monitor - as yet untested. A chargeable portable blender device that takes capsules that are no longer made as the company appears to have gone out of business, three extremely "fragrant" garments - one is in the bin as the zip does not work. A few Shein tops and some other assorted Temu tat, including two extremely dangerous knives! Don't think I will be purchasing again - sorry.
I have not contacted the company - but perhaps feel that I should - the blender is a big disappointment - if it could be used I would have been more happy.
