I got my first ever box costing over £90 What a box of crap!!!! 10 items including a ted baker suit jacket with holes in the pockets ? A stained puma sweatshirt tbh it was crap before the stain. !!!! I could go on !!! But I have better things to do. If you think you’re gonna make any money from these boxes think again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I took all the items down the tip to be recycled, if money is no object have a go BUT if you think your gonna be lucky and money is tight? Don’t do it !!!

My mixed box arrived today paying over £80 including delivery. Very disappointed with it , poor quality items , stuff nobody would want , I will be lucky if I can recoup £20 back . Would not recommend .

Honestly don’t think i could get anything like that.Got unopened airpods from Mystery box .Yay

Absolute waste of money. Biggest load of crap, would have been better giving the money to charity.
It feels like a con. All the adverts you see are definitely set up. There’s not one thing worth anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

Communication was good and delivery was literally the next day, all packaged well and upon opening certainly more than 10 parcels. All good so far.

But the contents…really poor!
A good percentage of items were personalised and so completely useless to anymore but the original receiver.

Nearly all items were of Chinese original origin (made in China) meaning the quality was beyond poor.

As an example of what I received:
Lots of lower than shein quality type clothing and shoes, cheap makeup that was damaged, poor quality small animal plastic toys, a electric cordless spin brusher, some reiki crystals, some game cards, a journal, some prescription glasses, a personalised box frame, a personalised air freshener, a personalised face cushion, bits and bobs wood tray and a bra that smelt like fish!

I donated 90% of the box to charity and hope to make a little of my money back by selling on eBay or similar

Absolutely amazed with my package.
I was a bit sceptical about this after reading reviews but I was prepared to accept that I had wasted £100 however I was pleasantly surprised with my package. I think I will probably make my money back by selling most of it and some I will be keeping. It's just a shame there wasn't more choices and options of a smaller and cheaper box. But I will definitely purchase again.

I have purchased from Unboxingheaven on quite a few occasions now. My most recent purchase was a box of undelivered parcels, a box of large items a box of toys. The toys are always pretty good and in every one I have had there has been Pokemon items that have either completely or very nearly covered the box. The other boxes had a mix of goods from clothing, trainers, replica football kits, exercise equipment & jewellery. Yes there are clearly some Chinese copies in the boxes but that is the risk you take, they still sell though.
I first started buying pre last Christmas & the boxes did tend to be better quality items ( have you changed supplier / where you get them ?) Even so I have never lost money so still very happy with my purchases. I have also in every box I have had been sent additional items, this compensates for some of the cheaper Chinese items.
On this latest order I had to make a query on delivery - as always dealt with quickly & in the most professional & polite way. Thank you
PS - To other reviewers no I am not a tick toker / influencer just a genuine reviewer !

I bought to this box about 100 hundred paund its ver good there are 12 clothes in the box all item is good quality we are very happy

Not worth it – waste of money

I paid around £95 for a mystery box and received a bunch of cheap, low-quality items clearly sourced from China. Nothing felt valuable or thoughtfully chosen. Total disappointment and a complete waste of money. Avoid this company — it’s just not worth it.

Over the moon with my Undelivered Parcels box I got. A great selection of tech, designer fashion, home goodies and more. It was like Christmas Day - but better! 😂 Definitely recommend.

So much fun! You have to be aware it’s the luck of the draw as it’s a mystery. My experience was well worth the cost of the box & more! I’m already waiting for the restock so I can get my hands on another box. The fun is in the mystery!

Second box and very happy

Couple of items damaged bht very good. I had two items that were retail at £70 each if I bought on Amazon, al happy about that and some utensils and frying pans I happy about
The only downside that you have to be quick quick quick I was given a code from them, but no point me using the code because I have to be fast or I would miss out.

I am very pleased with Uboxing Heaven, been using their services for over a year now, never had any major issues. Recently they are usually sold out, so it’s a bit harder to get one, which is a bit of
a downside. Generally had good experience, and happy to go back.

Avoid like the plague, watched on tik tok girl getting trainers ipad all for £62. Always sold out no reviews im thinking must be amazing. Not even all shein nothing at all worth £5, i would not keep one single item, i did get more than 10 items of Junk. Only good thing i can say the box was well packed, everything already open before it arrived so they can make sure you get nothing of value i guess. NEVER AGAIN my hard earned cash chucked away. Now unboxing heaven are flagging my review ? I purchased from you 17th May 2025, i did try to contact you. I was to pay the return postage for the rubbish you sent me !

Took a bit of a punt on the returned and genuinely had a good laugh going through it. Bit of a mix with some good finds and some odd bits, but that’s exactly what I expected. Delivery was spot on and the whole thing was actually really fun. Will definitely be back for another go.

Total waste of money. I received a box of absolute trash. Cheap unidentifiable trash. I wouldn't even be able to sell any of it on. Absolute rip off

Although our box was full of great items, at least half were faulty, damaged or missing parts.

Was quite fun opening one of the boxes with my daughter. Suprinsgly we got a good conditioned barbie which looked slighly used and also a couple of good brands like lego and pokemon. ALSO good customer seevice as they have been veey quick with their replies. Found the toys better than the returns as was mostly cheap chinese or maybe i was not so lucky

First box of returned items (as new customer) was great. They were all in original packaging and in the main usable or working. Second order for 2 boxes of undelivered items was a completely different experience. THE POINT HERE IS THAT SECOND ORDER FOR UNDELIVERED ITEMS (not the order option for customer returns) SUGGESTS THIS IS UNDELIVERED TO THE BUYER. I would guess from the labels that most items were being returned some labelled as broken or not working. Others boxes were not original and partially split open and missing parts, instructions, cables etc. Many unboxed items seem to have just been thrown on top to pack out box. These included cheap electronic kids watches and cellophane cheap girls tops. An unbranded pair of earbuds do appear to work. Initial response from customer service was good, asked for photos and then nothing back from them.

A game of two halves! I ordered a mystery box and was pleasantly surprised - our family had great fun opening them. So decided to try the Easter Toy one as have lots of nieces and nephews- but was so disappointed! Items arrived broken, a morph suit had a great big hole in it and the Lego was already made - whilst I appreciate that they would not be in original boxes they say the check them but don’t think they do! A waste of £50 definitley put me off buying again
