Just terrible and this company should be avoided at all costs. Didn't delivery items and then sent pictures of someone else's delivery saying that it was at my address.
Complete scam and reported to trading standards and my card company. Avoid this scam business.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Rest assured that Unboxing Heaven is a legitimate business, and we take customer concerns very seriously. We shipped your two orders promptly, and according to UPS the parcel was delivered to the address you provided (UPS even provided GPS coordinates and a photo confirming the drop-off). We understand how upsetting it is that you didn’t receive the package, and we empathize with your frustration.
We immediately investigated this issue and filed a claim with UPS. After a full investigation, UPS confirmed the delivery and did not classify the package as lost. This unfortunately means we could not issue a refund, since the courier’s evidence indicated the order was delivered correctly.
We know this outcome is disappointing, and we truly wish it had turned out differently. However, calling our company a “scam” is not accurate or fair – we fulfilled your order in good faith and relied on the courier’s investigation results. Unboxing Heaven has served many happy customers, and we remain committed to being an honest, reliable business.
For these reasons, we kindly ask that you consider removing or updating this review, as it contains harmful and inaccurate claims about our business. We’re a small company, and such statements are very damaging. If there’s any new information or anything further we can do to help, please reach out to us directly – we’re always here to assist.

A lot better than the other places
A lot better than the other places I have bought from. A box costs £80 with delivery and vat comes to around £100. They add a lot more than 10 in the box and I did manage to get a few good products, but a lot seems Chinese and managed to get my money worth.. They seem genuine and I was not in luck with the parcels. Might give it another go when they are up for sale again on Thursday.
