Rogue Staff helping benefit fraudsters

Rogue DWP staff, I have written to the Prime Minister of my experiences today and experience of previous incidents of staff behaviour. Rogue staff are the true reason as to why fraud is allowed to happen, disgusted with the DWP Universal Credit staff behaviour, I told them that the Tenants have previously took 8 Months of Rent Element paid to them into their Bank account and instead of forward that money into the landlord bank account, Tenants had spent all the Rent money on themselves. THIS RENT ELEMENT IS FUNDED BY TAX PAYERS, AS A NATION WE ARE FED UP OF INCREASING TAX RISES, ROGUE STAFF WORKING IN DWP UNIVERSAL CREDIT ARE ALLOWING BENEFIT CHEATS TO GET AWAY WITH IT.
I contacted DWP Universal Credit and made them aware of my concerns of the fraudulent behaviour of Tenants keeping all of the Rent Element payments for themselves, the Tenants caseworker listened and then reassured me that I will be paid Rent Element directly into my bank account plus the rent arrears will be paid, and that the Tenants will no longer be paid rent element directly again. Just 2 Months of Rent was paid into my wife Bank account with a £60 of rent arrears.

TO CANCEL ALL OF THE RENT PAYMENTS AND RENT ARREARS OWED INTO MY WIFE BANK ACCOUNT, TENANTS FOUND A LOOP HOLE
Tenants made a fresh new claim for Universal credit including claim for the Rent Element, now to defraud the system AGAIN and to put the Landlord out of pocket again, Tenants are now getting the full rent element again, only to spend all that rent money on themselves, my wife is not getting no rent payments into her Bank account and the owed rent of £60 rent arrears had also been stopped and cancelled, this is evidence of green light to fraudulent Tenants, the DWP Universal Credit rogue staff might as well give the Fraudulent Tenants a blank Cheque to allow them to spend the Taxpayers money on what they like, (So much for false reassurance from DWP Universal Credit caseworker) putting my wife out of her rental income of total missing Rent of £14330.00.
All this money belonging to Taxpayers the Tenants spent it all on themselves going abroad on holidays etc,
Today, I had tried to explain the situation to the DWP Universal Credit Staff politely, instead of taking my concerns seriously, she put the phone down on me and did not ring me back, she has my telephone number, Rogue staff like these are the real reason why the system is broken and such behaviour must not be tolerated, our system is compromised because we have Rogue staff who are not fit for purpose, allowing Benefit cheats to prevail and to continue giving fraudster full advantage and confidence to get away with Taxpayers money, this Rogue staff in DWP Universal Credit after I explained to her all of my concerns, she did nothing, not to even send an email to the Tenants Caseworker of this immediate concern to stop all of the Rent Element payments to be paid to the Tenants, and Rogue staff instead helping me to stop the ongoing fraudulent behaviour, that staff put the phone down on me, such staff behaviour is absolutely disgusting

Frustrated, I phone again DWP Universal Credit for the second time, and I managed to speak with a genuine staff member who listened and took proactive action by emailing the Tenants caseworker as an urgent request to contact me, we need genuine people like this person to work in favour against fraud, unlike that other staff who was in favour of fraud.

DWP Universal Credit must stop employing Staff who are irresponsible, who are good st helping benefit fraudsters as these are the types of rogue staff as to why the Taxpayers moneys is going down into the pockets of fraudsters, because they the rogue irresponsible staff is evident as to why the reason the system is weak and broken because such rogue staff who are allowing for fraudulent behaviour to prevail so that the misuse of Taxpayers money continues, and Tax rises continues to benefit the fraudster because of rogue staff working in DWP Universal Credit.

All staff should be monitored for their performance, they must make a system in which for every call is logged to that particular Staff member for their performance and should we want to complaint we can have that staff member to be given a warning or sacked for allowing fraudulent behaviour to prevail. This is not hundreds of pounds of Taxpayers money which was squandered, I am talking here thousands of Pounds of Taxpayers funds squandered by the Tenants, misuse by fraudulent Tenants and all thanks to DWP Universal Credit Staff to allow this to happen.

10 months of experience with the DWP Universal Credit Staff members and unfortunately some staff members are not listening to my concerns and are deliberately allowing the Taxpayers money to be squandered in thousands of pounds of Taxpayers money to benefit Fraudulent Tenants.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH UNIVERSAL CREDIT

MY EXPERIENCE WITH UNIVERSAL CREDIT — THIS NEEDS TO BE HEARD

I never thought I would have to write something like this, but the way I have been treated by Universal Credit has left me absolutely furious.

I have repeatedly informed them, through my journal, that I was going on holiday with my children. This was not something I hid or failed to communicate. I made them aware weeks in advance.

Despite this, I was repeatedly given appointments for dates and times when I had already made it clear that I would be away. I then found myself having to explain the same situation over and over again, as though nobody was actually reading my journal or listening to what I was saying.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when I have raised concerns, I have felt completely ignored. I have screenshots and evidence showing what I communicated and when I communicated it.

I am now at the point where I am documenting everything.

Every journal entry.
Every appointment.
Every message.
Every piece of evidence.

Because when a system is dealing with people's livelihoods and people's money, there needs to be accountability.

I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking to be treated fairly, listened to and for the information I provide to actually be read and acted upon.

I have been left feeling that I have to constantly defend myself against a system that should be there to support people.

And I am not the only person who has experienced problems with Universal Credit. The DWP's own statistics show that Universal Credit received nearly 4,000 complaints in just one quarter, with complaints increasing significantly compared with the previous year. Their own research has also identified poor communication, lack of acknowledgement and delays as factors contributing to negative experiences.

So this isn't just about me.

It's about whether people who rely on Universal Credit are being treated with the respect, dignity and basic level of communication they deserve.

I will continue to challenge what I believe is unfair treatment. I will continue to keep my evidence. And I will continue to raise my concerns through the appropriate channels, including with my MP if necessary.

If you've had a similar experience with Universal Credit, share your story.
Maybe it's time people started listening.

They use bully tactics

They use bully tactics. To try and bully people if they don't give them the documents they need. And then trying to bully people that are autistic. And I'm thinking this is acceptable. And then trying to bully you and telling you your money's gonna stop. And you're going to have to live without nothing so you're feeling suicidal. Because of the way they are treating you.it's clearly not

Universal credits has become a complete…

Universal credits has become a complete nightmare I've been threatened felt bulied and hugely pressured, am self employed single dad and struggling yet made to feel ive done wrong. Anything over £100 spent or transferred or withdrawn your a victim. Who uses a bank card just to sute them, we spend our money as we choose when we want as we decide to cash or card, it's not down to UC to dictate.
I was ignored and all threw the phone conversation I struggled to understand the callers English to a stage where it was spelt out.
my friend was receiving just over £600 a month now after a phone call it's £28 a month something seriously wrong.
People need to speak out.
Where do we go from here

So they think they can trick people…

So they think they can trick people into contracts, calling it agreements, when they ask for a commitment and what they expect. They wouldn't have to expect anything if they would act under common - and not under commercial law. The same they have done over the centuries with all kinds of countries they do with their own people as far as I see it. No surprise. Don't except sick notes from the GP, which is odd, but all the same with the chosen people on that island.

Update20/7/26: Still ongoing literally lying me into my face. Here is excerpt from Law dict.:
CONTRACT (Lat. contractus, from con, with, and traho, to draw. Contractus ultro utroque obligatio est quam Graeci .... vocant. Fr. contrat).
An agreement between two or more parties to do or not to do a particular thing. Taney, C. J., 11 Pet. 420, 572. An agreement in which a party untakes to do or not to do a particualar thing. Marshall, C. J., 4 Wheat. 197. An agreement between two or more parties for the doing or not doing of some specified thing. 1. Pars. Com. 5.
If this would part of a sovereign government why do they need a contract and who knows what else they are doing in the background.
For me it's more blackmailing what they are doing now, as they are using the need for help in people to blackmail them to do things that they wouldn't do normally:
"Rents reserved, payable in work, grain, and the like.
Such rents were called black mail (reditus nigri) in distinction from white rents (blanche firmes), which were rents paid in silver.
A yearly payment made for security and protection to those bands of marauders
who infested the borders of England and Scotland about the middle of the sixteenth
century and laid the inhabitants under contribution. Hume, Hist. Eng. Vol. i. 473; vol. ii. App. No. 8; Cowel.
In common parlance, the term is equivalent to, and synonymous with, extortion -
the exaction of money, either for the performance of a duty, the prevention of an injury, or the exercise of an influence. It
supposes the service to be unlawful, and the payment in voluntary. Not unfrequently
it is extorted by threats, or by operating upon fears or the credulity, or by promises to conceal, or offers to expose the weaknesses, the follies, or the crimes of the victim. 17 Abb. Pr. 226.
Threats by defendant to accuse another of a crime; with intent, himself, to commit the crime of extortion, accompanied by success
in obtaining money from that other."

Uc is a joke and its seriously not funny

Subject: Escalation of Formal Complaint – Ongoing Failures in Handling My Childcare Support
Dear Complaints Team,
I am writing to escalate my complaint regarding the handling of my Flexible Support Fund application and Universal Credit childcare reimbursement.
Despite doing everything requested of me, I have been left in serious financial hardship because of repeated delays, poor communication and contradictory information from multiple members of staff.
Throughout this process I have:
Provided every document requested, including childcare invoices, receipts and evidence of payment.
Been asked to upload the same information more than once.
Received conflicting information from different advisers about when payments had been approved and when they would be made.
Had at least five different members of staff dealing with my journal, with nobody taking ownership of my case.
I was initially told that my Flexible Support Fund payment had been approved and would reach my nursery within a few days. I was then told it would not arrive until 2 July. Because of these delays, I had no option but to use money that should have paid my rent to cover childcare costs so I could continue working.
As a direct result of the Department's handling of my claim:
I am now behind with my rent.
My landlord is unhappy because my rent has not been paid on time.
My employment has been placed at risk because I cannot continue paying childcare costs upfront.
I have suffered unnecessary stress and anxiety trying to obtain clear answers.
I have repeatedly asked when I will receive my 85% childcare reimbursement so I can pay my landlord, but this question has still not been properly answered.
I am requesting:
A full explanation for the conflicting information I have received.
Confirmation of exactly when my childcare reimbursement will be paid.
Confirmation that my complaint is being investigated by one named case handler.
Consideration of compensation for the distress, inconvenience and financial hardship caused by these delays and failures in communication.
Assurance that my case will be managed correctly going forward so I do not have to keep repeating myself to different members of staff.
The Department encourages parents into work, yet the way my case has been handled has placed my employment at risk instead of supporting me. This situation was entirely avoidable had accurate information been provided and my case managed properly.
I expect a full written response addressing each of the above points.

Universal Credit favors certain…

Universal Credit favors certain communities, often supporting long-settled immigrant groups while rejecting most other claims. Even when someone is sick, weak, or provides full evidence, their claim is often denied without explanation. Lifelong contributors are expected to keep working to support people who rarely work, have children, claim housing, and stay on benefits for decades, sometimes with cash-in-hand income going unchecked.
Responsible, single individuals who save, pay taxes, and avoid relying on benefits face constant obstacles, often denied from day one. Minority religions or less-favored groups experience extra harassment, sometimes forced to spend their savings, making homelessness a less painful option than dealing with the system.
This selective and brutal approach threatens future pensions and contributes to severe stress, health issues, and even deaths.

Shambolic!

Moved from ESA to UC has been nothing but a disaster!! We were paid housing for a 2 bed since 2016 and are being paid that now but they won’t pay for the 3 months transition Oct to Dec ‘25. You phone VuC and they agree you are owed money. You leave a journal entry and no one responds. You ask multiple times for a complaint to be raised and hear nothing. The independent case examiner won’t look at your case until you have a final decision from UC and so it goes round and round.
I’m next writing to my local MP as this service is an absolute disgrace! Well done the government on creating this mess!!
