This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company. After booking two U2 VIP tickets for over $4000 we received an email that the seats did not give a good view of the stage so we cancelled. Instead of giving us a refund we WERE AUTOMATICALLY BOOKED FOR A DATE IN DECEMBER. No one called or emailed us, we were just rebooked and a refund was not issued. Additionally, there is no customer service number or anyone to speak to. Seriously, do we have to block this charge on our credit card to get a refund??? If this is how you treat VIP customers you can be sure we will never book through you again. Indra and David Hudson

Impossible to contact customer service

Impossible to contact customer service. Multiple phone calls, emails and messages on the company's "contact us" page have all been unanswered. I will return and update review if I ever get a hold of them.

Helping scammers! Stole a 9 year olds Christmas money spent on the minevention Dublin tickets

My 9 year old nephews Christmas money was stolen by the minevention and universe and all I got was rude responses telling me I already got the refund telling me I only bought one ticket and this is even after I sent all the proof I had, this was still not true to the person I had to deal with. I will make sure no one I know will ever use this service. And will be posting all the interactions online for everyone to see. A child with autism getting robbed is disgraceful, your company should be ashamed. I will also be contacting all the Irish businesses and radio stations that have promoted this scam. Still no refund. And you can not leave a review online ANYWHERE for the minevention… total scam!

allowed LA Giger exhibit scam

Universe was part of or did nothing to help to prevent fake scam giger exhibit that was supposed to happen in oct 2022. this ticket company did nothing to help prevent this scam fraudulent show posting. Universe did nothing about refund other than tell me to contact the event organizers...who were scammers are unreachable. Will probably never buy tickets from Universe tickets again. I would suggest no one use them unless you have no problem throwing away money on fake scam shows that will never happen. Universe seems like a great company to work with if you want to make a fake scam and they will do nothing to expose you, it's seems they encourage it actually

Stole money off me which I’m reporting to Action fraud. I strongly suggest others do the same. They took money for 4 tickets for the Summer Fest concert which was never going to happen as half the acts weren’t even booked. They are criminals in effects and need exposing

Not worth it.

Felt frustration when the fast2beverage lines were much longer and slower than the regular lines. We could only find one place to use it And then there were only three choices available with the ticket which was not specified on the ticket. We could have gotten better choices (that we had actually liked) faster if we hadn’t chose the ticket. It says the tip is covered but there was still a tip jar-not a huge deal, but felt like additional was expected. In spite of a small discount, it wasn’t worth it. We will NOT be doing this again.

Excellent customer service

I am so sorry many of you had a poor experience but I have to speak as I find.
Today I messaged Universe and had a reply within a couple of hours. It was helpful, timely and provided all the information I needed to answer my concerns on an upcoming concert.

Avoid Buying Tickets From Here

Absolutely shambolic, I purchase festival tickets which is situated in Blackburn, sadly it got cancelled till next year, I got a email confirming it and saying that I would be entitled to a refund if I couldn'make it, when I requested for my money back, they refused, total disgrace.

Failed To Provide Login Details

I purchased a ticket for the Fish Vigil’s End streamed event. The purchase was straightforward but I never received the log in details. Having raised a support ticket they have yet to reply and as the finish time for viewing the concert is only hours away it looks as though I won’t get to see it. Really disappointed and will actively avoid using them again.

Trying to purchase tickets and being…

Trying to purchase tickets and being declined because the site isn't set up to authenticate my card. Useless customer service asking me the obvious (have I checked my card details, contact my bank etc) and then just repeat the same message after I contacted my bank who said the problem was indeed Universe's site. Won't accept any alternative, e.g. Paypal. Looking at the comments here sounds like they are incompetent and possibly fraudulent, so maybe just as well my purchase won't go through!

Awful

Awful, awful, awful. If there was an option for 0 stars I would be using it. I purchased tickets for Ted talks in Norwich for April 2020. I spent about £100 on this event. As coronavirus happened the event was cancelled. It has been moved a couple of times since then (I had to send multiple chaser emails for confirmation of new dates), and then the one in October 2020 was cancelled. Nothing heard since. I have sent numerous messages and no reply received asking for a refund or update at least. No number to reach customer services for ticketmaster is invalid. No number for Universe. They still have my money, a year and a half on. Awful, awful, awful.

Really incredibly poor service

Really incredibly poor service. I purchased tickets for an outdoor event eons ago for August 27. In July they changed the goal posts around attendance, stating you had to be fully vaccinated! You can’t contact them. They don’t answer emails. Worst organisation! Avoid

Do not use

Do not use. No customer support or even a contact number.
I injured myself, wanted to exchange upcoming tickets for a future date... they are available, but no way to do it.
For the price of tickets, can't I talk to someone???

Also, why do they even bother with a 'Chat Now' box? Isn't it there to help with problems signing in to an event? No responses at all. Nobody home at this company, find alternative ticket sites...

Never received access code to the concert

I never received an access code for the concert I paid for. Apparently the concert was made available for 3 days after the livestream but since no one ever mentioned this I waited longer than 3 days to write to them to complain. Customer service response was basically "you agree to the no refund policy when you bought your ticket so you are out of luck." What about "you agreed to give me access to the concert after I paid you." Was this never their policy in the first place? I will never use this service again.

Beyond Poor Customer Service

I purchased a ticket for the live stream Maroon 5 concert and I never received my invite.

After contacting customer service I was provided a code but NO link to enter it at.

I requested the link - no response.

I requested a refund - I was told they do not issue refunds but I could still watch a recording for three days BUT they still didn't supply the link!!

Will not be dealing with these guys again!
