The company regularly commits fraud
The company regularly commits fraud. After several issues with the company and lack of replies I have now instructed a solicitor to bring a case against universe. The company is extremely difficult to deal with and as you can see by the reviews they make it very hard to get a refund. The company is fraudulent and the way they practice isn’t within the law.
Avoid at every single cost!!
Beware. They have many fake sites!!!
Not only do these scammers have a fake site selling tickets, they aslo have a fake site selling goods. How I found out?
My Visa was charged by them until they maxed it out. Never heard of them, never bought anything.
The number they provide to Visa leads you to their site, as well as universe promotions. Both sites are scams. Beware!!! They have been reported to the FTC and FBI's IC3 team. Please report them as well.
No customer support!!!
I paid for an event and the password to access the event did not work. My initial request for a refund sent me on a wild goose chase suggesting they would assist. After a lack of response I submitted again and I was told not refund would be provided and referred to the terms and conditions. The challenge was not mine. there system was not functioning properly. No customer service and less support. Will never sue them again.

We purchased tickets to our local Holiday Lights show hosted by a company named "Christmas in Color". However, the company NEVER sent us our tickets. We tried for hours to get someone to help, but they didn't reply to us until days AFTER the event. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Now they refuse to give us a refund and claim our tickets were used. :(
False advertising, awful customer service
Don’t buy from Universe. They need reporting to trading standard because not only do they advertise the stream as live - and even have ‘live’ at the top when it isn’t - they’ve sold me a ‘VIP bundle’ that comes with merchandise for the artist’s gig yet I haven’t heard anything about the merch since I bought the tickets 2 weeks ago.
I emailed them and they refused to take responsibility instead pointing me to Universal, who aren’t replying either. If you’re selling a product on your website you have to take responsibility for the deliverance of that product. So far, I feel like I’ve been scammed.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They state that they are selling tickets for LIVE PERFORMANCES, but you just get a streamed pre-recorded video. Utterly deceptive and unhelpful company.
Scam company, do NOT use
This company scams their customers - they will take your money for a virtual event (i.e. spotify) and charge you for the ticket. When it comes round to the day or a few days prior they will issue automated emails saying your access code & link will be sent to you (a day before or 15minutes before). Then you'll not receive your access code - and they cease all communication when you try to get a refund. Clearly just a company trying to make quick money, their customer service is apalling - so don't expect to get your money back. I'm 4 weeks on and they still have not returned my money/answering emails.

Do NOT purchase tickets via universe
Do NOT purchase tickets via universe. They are awful to deal them and there is NO phone number to talk with anyone. All complaints are handle via email. I purchased tickets for a concert and was charged twice. If there is a problem- you’re on your own. Again, you can’t even talk with someone to resolve your issue. You have to send an email and eventually receive a genetic respond with no resolution.

3 weeks to get refund thou I know they claim this is not their responsibility even thou they took my money.
However the entire experience of dealing with their customer service is shockingly poor
They respond to about every third email after about a week.
I have asked for my last mail over a week ago to escilate to an official complaint and have a supervisor contact me. Still no reply
They sent me a customer satisfaction survey today as if they actually care.
Have also lodged complaint with ticketmaster as I was directed to universe from their site saying it was a partner site. No response from them after a week also

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR ANYTHING VIA THIS COMPANY. I bought tickets from this company for the Irish Festival in Liverpool. The festival was cancelled. As directed by the festival website, I contacted the ticket seller for a refund. I have had lots of emails offering apologies (they are endlessly polite) and oh boy, do they understand my frustration (not) but what do you know, no refund. Not only did they charge almost £40 handling charge/administration fee for 5 tickets (highway robbers had the good grace to wear masks when they robbed people) they now send me back to the bank to argue my case for a refund with them. Don't buy any tickets through this company and if you do, don't expect any refunds if it all goes belly up.
