Please be cautious while purchasing sale items, especially products marked as non-returnable.

I recently received a product with the entire back stained. It was not wearable, and I contacted the customer support team immediately. However, I was informed repeatedly that they could not assist because the item was marked as non-returnable.

Non-returnable terms should not mean customers have to accept items that arrive damaged or stained. I would strongly recommend NOT to buy their Products under Non returnable OR discounts

I would give this website minus ratings. They are fraud people.
I recently made a purchase at Uptownie and received my order on 22nd June. The same day, I checked the order items and the size was small. I connected with your whatsaap service number (+91 98319 06189) where they informed on the process to initiate return on the website. I followed the process and in the late evening on 22nd June, I raised the return request (same day my order was delivered) it was mentioned on the website that within 24-48 hours my order will be picked up for return. When 2 days passed, I texted on the same number to know the status of my return and to understand why my order is not picked up. There was no proper response. Then again today I messaged on the same number where your executive is not helping me out with my concern. They are saying they cannot return the items now as the deadline has passed but how is it my fault. I raised the return request on the same day my order was received which is valid as per your policy. I can’t find any number or email Id to share my concern.

This is such a bad experience and waste of my money. I would never want to make a purchase again and even recommend people to not buy anything from here as they just take your money. I need you to check on this matter and help me with my refund. And also, send the money to my account as if I make another purchase at your store and there is any size issue you guys don’t do anything about it. This is such a fraud.

As a former employee, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Employees were pressured to post positive reviews on Google, Trustpilot, Reddit, and other platforms and were asked to share screenshots as proof. The workload was excessive, and overtime was often expected. After resigning, my emails regarding my pending salary, experience letter, and relieving letter have gone unanswered. This review is based on my personal experience.

WARNING: ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT BUY!Uptownie has the worst, most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a top in size S during their sale, but they sent me an XS size. To make matters worse, the top arrived completely dirty with a massive stain on the back! It is completely unwearable.
When you try to get a resolution, their scam begins. I have been continuously chatting on WhatsApp and emailing them for 4–5 days. I have sent clear photographs of the wrong size tag and the stain multiple times. Yet, their support team intentionally keeps looping and asking for "pictures, pictures, pictures" over and over again! This is a deliberate stalling tactic so they can drag out the time until the return window closes and they can steal your money.
They hide behind a "no return on sale items" policy, but that is legally void when THEIR warehouse sends a damaged, wrong item. They refuse to provide a human response or any actual solution.
Save your hard-earned money and buy from reputable brands instead. Uptownie sucks, sends dirty clothes, and scams customers.

I recently purchased two dresses from Uptownie, but unfortunately, both arrived in subpar condition. The fabric was itchy, and the fit was significantly off. Notably, the tag attached to the frock was positioned in the center, making it impossible for me to wear it properly.
Despite contacting customer service, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. They have offered store credits, which are non-returnable, but this is counterproductive given the poor quality and unsatisfactory condition of the products.
I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Uptownie. I strongly advise against purchasing from this retailer. It has been a month since my purchase, and they have yet to arrange for a pickup.

I had ordered 2 tops on 22nd of may but till today (18th June) I haven’t received any response from them. Everytime I reach out to them it is like same apology message . You are a fraud company UPTOWNIE. People like you make customers feel to not buy anything from small brand companies.

It has been 2 months! I placed this order on 18th April, and it has been 2 months without dispatch or delivery. How can the order be in processing for 2 months, extremely unprofessional service. I have dropped over 40+ mails and calls to the customer care and there is 0 support and vague/unhelpful replies.

Do NOT buy from Uptownie! They have predatory policies designed to trap your money. They forced a store credit on me and forced me to use it on a new order, and now that the item doesn't fit, they are refusing a basic SIZE EXCHANGE because it was bought with store credit. I would like to share my inputs about ordering with uptownie ...it was my first time with them ... initially it took forever to get a date of delivery by them , though the customer care service regularly intimated a delay in logistics as the reason , I was disheartened after reading reviews on line ..and even. asked for refund and cancellation ...everytime ,uptownie would revert reassuring that the best was being done to hasten the process ...but doubts stated appearing ...finally I got my order today and was shocked beyond words...the quality far exceeded my expectations , the material , the stitching everything was as shown ...and classic !
Please order without hesitation as it was worth the wait !! Regards

Horrible horrible horrible. Placed an order on 29th April and still waiting for it. I have already paid for my order. They are not refunding my money, not cancelling my order. We are in June now. And NO UPDATE!!!!!!

Order 696518 ..I had requested a return n refund of my product. It's been more than three weeks, uptownie hasn't yet arranged a pick up of the product and has delayed my refund to infinity. I hv NVR experienced so much hassle ever frm abt shopping website. I hv sent five emails to them bt all they respond is that they will refund. But when?? N wat abt the product pick up?? Why this is not arranged n it's been ignored n forgotten. My 900/- hv just wasted n also mental peace gone in following up for my money. Pathetic website don't buy frm them n all their sizes r wrong. XXL is actually xl for them.

I ordered a dress for ₹4,000 because I liked the design, but the experience was terrible. Delivery took 10 days, and when I opened the package the neck style was completely different from the listing. The fabric quality was shockingly poor, more like a cleaning rag than a ₹4,000 dress. I requested a refund but was offered store credit only. I gave them another chance and ordered a replacement, but the second dress was even worse. On top of that, the replacement arrived in the wrong size and they refused to accept an exchange or offer store credit, so I’m now stuck with it. When I asked to return it, I was told refunds are allowed only once. This is unacceptable, please avoid buying from this seller UPTOWNIE.

Accidentally booked the wrong order and when i flagged it within a minute, got a mail saying they will process the order but return process is very easy so i can return it. Once i took the order and raised the return they said i cant raise return on the order for god knows what reason and no reply to the email. Very weird and off brand

I got my product delivered after 3 months, the quality is awful.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY

Quality is really top notch!! Will recommend for sure.
