Very poor service I have placed order on 21st May got the confirmation of my order but haven't receive any update on dispatch of my order no reply to calls and emails too

Bad services , don't buy anything

Wish I had zero star option its been more than 10 days and it's really kind of worst delivery experience along with worst customer service.

The first time I ordered I received my order in more than 1.5 months and after receiving I found it big on me. I initiated return and bought another shirt for store credits I received and I received with a button missing on my shirt. And now I can’t initiate any return any more. How can the button be missing? Isn’t any check done before sending or you did intentionally because you knew I won’t be able to return it. Sad state. Bad experience!

Pathetic pathetic. They are cheats and fraudsters. Stole my money and ghosted me.

I placed an order on 27 April, and they have not dispatched it till now. Its been 1 month. I wrote a review here, they gave me a number to whatsapp on. When I wrote to them, per usual they ghosted me.

Some days when they feel like, the only thing they tell me is it is being processed, they are working very hard.

I paid 6000 rs and have no clue of my order!!!!!!!!!

This seems a face company it’s almost a month and no update received on my order. Tried reaching the team multiple times.

I ordered the Uptownie Maxi Dress- Pink (Small) from Myntra and it was delivered within 5 days. The material is very comfortable and light. Looks very classy and elegant. I got a lot of praises wearing it. 🫶 to the team..
POV: buy one size smaller than your usual size if you like to wear fitted clothes since this fabric is quite stretchable.

I have purchased on may 12 and got the order 695604 on the 20th it was not of my size i need to chage that but they are not returning as the 15 days as passed. I mean seriously i have received today how come i return that before that. Just not happening. They are not answering messages and calls.

I have been contacting these uptownie folks for more than a month now. I hardly see anyone responding to my calls. I get some auto responses no human responding to my chats. My money is lost. The only option now left is the consumer court.

🚫I placed a prepaid order with them but even after 2 month , the order has not been dispatched. There is no proper tracking provided. I have tried contacting them via email, calls, and Instagram but received no resolution. Multiple customers are facing similar issues. 🚫Payment has been taken but product is not delivered or refunded, which is misleading and unethical.🚨
