One of the worst shopping websites that i have used.. firstly i ordered one top and quality was pathetic.. i asked for return but there is no refund policy and they have me the credit that i could have used in my next shopping from their website.. i redeem that credit and that got converted to coupon code.. as per the message i would have receive that email
With coupon code however nothing i got in my email. In short i lost my 800 bucks to this useless website.. not recommending at all…

You can follow the steps mentioned below to check and redeem the credits:
1. Go to www.uptownie.com
2. Go to My Account (top right corner) and log in.
3. Click on Show My Credits. The amount credited to you will be visible.
4. Enter your email ID and the amount you want to redeem (please enter an amount equal to or less than your cart value) and click on 'Generate Discount Code'
5. Copy the Generated Coupon at the bottom of the screen and paste it in 'ENTER COUPON CODE' section at the time of checkout.
You can also check the store credits from the Uptownie App
Download the app from google playstore or Appstore
Click on My Account > Show my credits
You can generate the credit coupon from Redeem credits > Enter your mail id and the amount you wish to redeem > Generate Discount code

I had placed an order on uptownie.com more than a month back. They have taken the money and still not shipped the order. This website is a FRAUD. Do not order anything from this website. Pathetic service, not trustworthy at all. Also their return policy is a trap. They do not return money to the source of payment instead they provide gift card for there website so once you pay your money is blocked with them.

No delivery after 20+ days of ordering, no update whatsoever, no replies to any of my queries, no customer service number is authentic. Please don’t order from this brand. You will waste your money and energy. Only response you will get from them is sorry for the inconvenience we will get back to you as soon as possible and your complaint will come to square one after every query.
