Poor customer service
I generally love urban pup products and have ordered a number of times, however on this occasion the items I ordered were too small. I attempted to contact to arrange a return and order an alternative size but after a week have not received any response. It’s such a shame that a company who I have previously held in high regard have let themselves down when comes to customer service.

I have been buying my dogs clothes of here for years. The quality of their coats are brilliant and they last you for years. Their delivery is quick and the ease of exchanging an item (which I only did once recently) and getting a receiving a replacement was quick and effortless and Gary also threw in a bag of treats for Dexter's birthday. Cannot fault this company 5* all the way.
