Urban Rider Avis

Grate service. Good packaging. Delivered on time as promised.

First class customer service, quick delivery and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again.

I’ve shopped with Urban Rider several times now and they’ve been excellent every time. The staff are super helpful, genuinely well informed about the kit they sell, and always happy to talk through options rather than just push the most expensive item. Their product range is high quality, and their advice on sizing and fit has helped me get it right first time when ordering online. Communication and delivery have been smooth and professional, and it’s clear they really care about customer service. Overall, a top-notch shop for motorcycle gear – highly recommended,

Great experience, good company

Great quality and fast international delivery. Very happy with the helmet..

Hello Urban Rider team,

All the products I have received from you are beautiful and of excellent quality. I am truly delighted to continue shopping with your company.

I also want to thank you for remembering a customer who lives so far away in Argentina. It really means a lot and shows the great professionalism and care you have for your clients.

Kind regards,
Cristian Ciccia

Prompt service and delivery

great products, great customer service, fast delivery

Excellent service and communication and very very pleased with my new DMD helmet. Thank you guys

Bought the Pando Moto Bia body suit XL and needed the Large instead. Contacted the team and they responded to my enquiry about doing this swap very quickly and professionally when explaining id get a refund and need to re-order the size down but were helpful as they let me know they could get more messurments taken of the size down suits which I appreciated as im odd sized.
I returned the XL for free and had my refund straight away and the Large arrived the next day of order and fits perfect.

Amazing service will be buying from them again as we have bought the pando moto mens armour off them too.

A bag I bought got a defect. They resolved it and had it exchanged under warranty quickly & with no hassle. I actively buy from these guys because of their excellent service.

Easy to place order .outstanding quality .well packaged and delivered on time. Best of all..signature post .NO..I LEFT IT AT THE DOOR .BESIDE THE 🪴 POT IN THE PIN...COMPANIES. AND a little bar of chocolate..it's appreciated

Another great product from Urban Rider, delivered super quick as always. Unfortunately, the size wasn’t quite right for me this time, but the return process is so easy that it’s never a worry. I really appreciate how smooth and quick the returns are, and the refund is always prompt. It gives me confidence to order different sizes when needed, knowing everything will be handled efficiently. Highly recommended!

Well what can I say. A great service from start to end. Got a helmet that I wanted at a great price. Helpful bunch of people. Always helpful and prompt. Thank you.

So after first order having a
Small issue that was rectified quickly , and having dealt with a return so professionally I would say they are one of the best companies to deal with

Goods are as described and arrived in good time. I was kept informed throughout the process dispatch and delivery

Brilliant customer service, fantastic range of products. I had an item missing from my order, the notebook from a Trip Machine wallet. Once I notified customer service at Urban Rider, I received the notebook in a couple of days, looking forward to placing my next order.

Urban Rider are my go to when it comes to motorcycle equipment and apparel. They have a huge selection in store and via partner retailers and they are able to price match if you see something cheaper in another store/site.
Their reviews of products are comprehensive as is their size guide which I always rely on rather than the manufacturer's.
Highly recommend them!

Really easy to navigate the site and quick delivery times, even showed up a day earlier than anticipated
