Quick delivery, high quality ingredients and easy instructions. Fun and tasty kit!!

Super nice, fast delivery and i love quality of video. I received my order within hrs of placing it. L highly recommend them.

I must say, I am THOROUGHLY impressed with Craftly’s customer service. I ordered the Do Your Tequila kit for a friends birthday and my package was stolen before I could get to it. I emailed customer service and they responded promptly with a solution. Irina was amazing, helpful, and understanding with my missing order and had a new one shipped out immediately. I am so excited to gift my friend this kit and I would 100% recommend this company to anyone else looking for a gift. You can rest assured Craftly will do everything in their power to ensure you love your order. It’s really hard to find a company who cares about how you spend your hard-earned money these days AND values customer satisfaction over all. THANK YOU CRAFTLY!

Excellent customer service.

I needed something specific and they were able to accommodate my needs 🙌🏼. So amazing to work with!

The product is amazing . We started making our rum the day we got it . I had issues with the delivery company where they said they delivered but I didn’t get it for a week. Meanwhile Craftly was more than ready to help us with a replacement or a refund and resolve the matter quickly. My husband loved the gift !

Encountered an unexpected delay on the order, there wasn’t any communication at the time, but once it got sorted, the order was quick on delivery and the shipping was refunded on the order. Would buy from them again

Smart, recycling packaging, easy to use ingredients and solid recipes. One omission is that the recipes don't state the amount of alcohol with which to start. I guess they were designed for a 750 ml recipe. A little clarity would help there but otherwise, totally happy with the purchase.

Very quick delivery and the product is high quietly.

I received the gin kit as a gift, made the gin and loved it. So i wanted to order more juniper which I did. There was a shipping problem. It was a little challenging getting in touch with customer service, but once I did they resolved the issue quickly.

Great fast service. They made an honest shipping mistake and fixed it seamlessly!

I am very impressed with their customer service, at first I thought I didn’t get what I ordered, and their customer service team hit me up within a timely manner to make my experience better. Well turned out that I actually had it and the gift that I ordered was awesome! My fiancé loves it! Definitely buy!

shipping was quick and ordering was seamless

Received a Do You Gin Kit as a birthday gift and was so taken by it that I’m “paying the experience forward” to my brother this Christmas. Crisp, dry martini pre-holiday dinner, anyone? Yes, please! Craftly was a pleasant, positive buying experience for unique gift giving.

My sole experience with customer service was fantastic. I inquired about a product that was not available, and the agent assisted me in getting the product anyway. I will certainly recommend Do Your Own Whiskey to all my friends. Thanks Craftly!

Awesome product for Christmas gift. Delivered on time.

Bought it as a gift and the quality is really good. Very satisfied.

Product is amazing and customer service was even better!!!!!!!!!!!! Def recommend!

I got it as a gift for my husband. He loves it. He used it as soon as he opened it. He has everyone who stops by the house to try it and he plans on getting more ingredients to try some more recipes.
