I really liked the person that came to my place to tell me about this service. Once I signed up, the eggs and oj were broken- all over the place. The egg yolk that I saw was not as orange as my local eggs, that was disappointing. Additionally, I got a credit for the items on their site, not a refund which.. is a choice of theirs. Its a convenient service and again, I liked my Rep. I got the second order so she gets paid but.. its ok.

This company needs to improve there delivery drivers they just don't want to do their job to take back their bottles back I leave them in bags to make it easy for them they just see them and leave them behind I call the call and email the company like 5 times or more they just don't care

I was introduced to this by a door-to-door salesperson. It's a great way to support local farms. The ordering/changes have been super easy and the communication from the company is very clear - you are not taken by surprise or able to forget to change or cancel your weekly order. The farm box has had excellent quality vegetables, and I also tried yogurt which was excellent. I like getting farm vegetables every week because you are eating fresh and in-season and sometimes introduced to something you would not have otherwise tried. Highly recommend!

Food was great! Too much for a single person every week (same thing every week [repeat order])
There was a mix up every week with the order or delivery time. My order was left directly in the sun one day when I wasn't home to accept it.

Love this service. Great value and I love that I have less to recycle or throw away in groceries each week. The products are all great quality.

It’s a great option for those that don’t go to the market frequently. I find the delivery price is to high I rather go to the market.

i’ve been trying to cancel and it won’t let me

It’s the second week in a row, that my delivery is wrong. It’s missing items, I report them, I get told it’s gonna be credited, and it hasn’t happened. I understand mistakes happen, but the communication is poor

It’s a great service. But we realized after a very short amount of time that we don’t have consistent ordering patterns or things that we want to order every week. So it doesn’t really work for us as we don’t have items like milk, bread, eggs, cheese, orange juice, etc. we order every single week. Plus, I would say that I’d like to be able to go out and buy from different places. So nothing against this service, but it just wasn’t for us.

Fairly new to Modern Milkman but so far so good. The whole process of ordering and changing your weekly order is very easy and there are reminders so nothing is missed. The stand out products in terms of quality, uniqueness and value so far are: heavy cream, cultured butter and steaks. The milk and flavored milks are very good but a bit too “dear” for our level of consumption.
