Great idea, needs major tweaking. Great sales rep. Too many tomatoes - box of yellow (not very tasty, several were overripe and had leaked into packaging); half a dozen ripe red tomatoes (of which 2 arrived split and leaking into packaging). SO- too many tomatoes for 2 people to eat in a week. Then - no choice of vegetables. Had to plan meals with random boxes of food. Orange juice in glass - great. Butter, fine. And, a bit more expensive than I had hoped for what we got.

I am also very sorry about the condition of the overripe and split tomatoes. Fresh produce should always arrive in prime condition, so I have processed a partial credit to your account for the affected items.
I've also shared this directly with our hub and supply team to investigate what happened and prevent future mishaps. If you happen to have photos of the affected tomatoes and packaging, please feel free to reply with them attached—that helps our team immensely during our quality review!
To address your notes on delivery timing, the times shown are route estimates based on daily drop counts, so we aren't currently able to offer specific delivery time slots.
However, I really appreciate your suggestions about choosing time ranges and including recipe ideas tailored to each box's contents. These are fantastic ideas, and I have passed them straight along to our team.
Lastly, I can confirm that your monthly membership has been fully cancelled, and a prorated refund has been processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank to reflect these funds.

Brought right to my door
Brought right to my door - and that meant climbing MANY stairs! Also, the quality was top notch. But since I am only one person, it really doesn't seem to be reasonable for me to get a box of veggies every week. I am going to try once a month - and see if that works with integrating what arrives with my meal planning. Otherwise, I'll cancel and stick with the local farm stand.

"I never received my order. I was unhappy about being charged upfront, especially when it wasn't dispatched until eight days later. I then had to wait three weeks to get the credit back on my card. I have nothing good to say about your company."

The convenience of having some groceries come right to your door. The actual delivery time is on the money and I look forward to having it all come to me. I love the cheeses, orange jc, choc. pudding, bagels, brioche bread.

We had a milkman in the 60's & I missed having one. When I heard there was one I was so excited! Now I know exactly where my food comes from & it comes from CT & it's real, farm raised food that didn't travel 10 states to get to me. I love it! It comes every Thursday & I can't wait for Thursdays!
