3 weeks of orders into Modern Milkman
Fairly new to Modern Milkman but so far so good. The whole process of ordering and changing your weekly order is very easy and there are reminders so nothing is missed. The stand out products in terms of quality, uniqueness and value so far are: heavy cream, cultured butter and steaks. The milk and flavored milks are very good but a bit too “dear” for our level of consumption.

The veggies
The veggies, which I thought came from a local farmer, go bad in 3-4 days. In my experience when I lived on a farm in Texas...fresh veggies lasted a little bit longer than that. :(
I will just go to the local market here in RI to get the local fresh stuff.

Great concept, poor execution
I love the concept but have run into a lot of issues in just 3 deliveries so far. One delivery was supposed to be skipped but it arrived. Next delivery did not pick up any of my reusable items (bags, ice packs and boxes) . Will keep trying for now!

The deliveries are great. The food items are wonderful. I order every week. The one issue I have, is that I ordered the metal MM Cooler and I was charged for it (it's expensive). I tried to cancel it several times and I get no response. I have not received the MM cooler either. I found a cooler that works great for my deliveries so I've been trying to contact someone about this issue with no luck. I'll try again today. Is there a way to contact customer service where I can talk to someone?

I’m truly sorry, though, for the frustration you’ve experienced with the MM Cooler. I completely understand how disappointing it must be to have been charged for an item you’ve tried to cancel several times, especially when you haven’t received the cooler and haven’t been able to get a response. You absolutely shouldn’t have had to keep chasing this.

When placing an order it’s required…
When placing an order it’s required that you post a photo of your front door. I assumed this was to avoid any error yet somehow even with that picture it was delivered to the wrong house, even though I also had a cooler plainly sitting outside for the delivery. Unfortunately because it was delivered to a neighbor by the time I got home from work my order was warm.
