Hole in the dress
The dress is beautiful, but unfortunately when I received it, I noticed there was a hole in the back. It looked like someone had tried to repair or hide the hole by sewing it, but the stitching created a noticeable bulge in the fabric when the dress was worn. That's how I discovered the hole.
Since I needed the dress the very next day, I fixed the issue myself and re-sewed the hole as discreetly as possible. However, I am disappointed that a brand-new dress arrived with a hole in it.

delayed delivery in spite of paying…
delayed delivery in spite of paying extra. Ordered the product on the 15th and received it on the 22 late evening.
I am now being told by customer service that is 3-4 business days. I was informed that i would receive the order on the 19th.
Size small is also huge!
Now i am being asked to pay $7 extra to return it.
Very disappointed.

The quality is really good
The quality is really good. I don't normally reach for velor fabric when it comes to pants. But I saw those and it was something about the leopard trim. And I tried them on and loved them even more. The shipping and delivery was also pretty fast. I'll definitely be ordering from motel again!

Broken Dress :(
I recieved my order #US1048676 on June 20th and when I opened it I saw that the dress I bought is broken. The right strap is detached at the front of the dress. I have an event coming up and don’t have time to return and replace the dress. I sent an email to motel but did not hear anything back! I also attached photos of the broken dress in the email. Timeless Brand
For the last five years I find myself continuing to go back to Motel Rocks for new pieces whether basic tees and tanks or dresses for special occasions. It is a brand that is starting to become a part of who I am in dress and I hope they never stop delivering the style that brings me back.

New favorite
I’ve never heard of this company and I was looking for a specific pair of shorts for my daughter who is extra tall and skinny. Most companies don’t carry and xxs so I was presently surprised. The shorts and the top fit immaculately and the quality is great especially for the price. Delivery was also very fast I received my order in 3 days when it initially said 6 so 10/10. Easily my daughter’s new favorite site!

The items were poor quality
The items were poor quality. Customs were not included the price so had to pay a large fee upon delivery and then to return, they don’t give you a return label. You have to pay for it yourself.
