Prompt delivery great product, rubber washing bowl, have been looking to replace my original one which I have had for 11 years. Still in full working order just looks a bit tatty.

Delivery timescales
Any communication with UD is extremely prompt and helpful. My sole reason for 4* are the delivery times shown on the website. I ordered from the Hay Palissade range which is made to order and the delivery times stated delivery within 2-3 weeks (which it still does now). However my order was placed on 12 May and the table received 31 July with the chairs a fortnight or so earlier. Whilst I appreciate hands are somewhat tied to the manufacturer and shipping times other retailers are showing more accurate delivery timescales. I am however very grateful for arranging separate deliveries plus the items were on offer at the time.
This wouldn’t put me off ordering from them again as the service is extremely good, I will just set my expectations re delivery accordingly

Fantastic Customer Service
Great company with fantastic customer service. Communication was brilliant. My item was sent at speed and really pleased with it and it's price. Highly recommend this company and will be buying from them again.

Order not delivered. No reply from customer service. Awful service.
I made an expensive order three weeks ago which has not arrived. I have chased via email on multiple occasions with no reply. Awful service.

Hello Adam - I am sorry if you see our service as awful - the team go to every length to ensure we offer the best and most personal service we possible can. I see you ordered 2 lights on Saturday 13th July and the team emailed you on Monday 15th July to say one had been sent and the remaining light was on order/ would be sent as soon as we received stock. The light which was sent was received on 15th July. We check our junk mail every day and we had an email from you yesterday which was in our junk folder but other than that, this is the only email we have from you? We will send the remaining light as soon as it comes into stock but if you have any further queries you can email Jess on the sales team - sales@utilitydesign.co.uk.

Normaan washing up bowl worth every penny.
I've been trying to purchase a Normaan washing up bowl to replace my old one for ages. So pleased to find a dealer with one in stock. Very fast and efficient delivery. This bowl is expensive but lasts for years. Fits my sink perfectly and because it's rubber it alters shape slightly to accommodate most of my pans and dishes

I love my new String shelves
Ive wanted these shelves for years and finally decided to splurge and go for it rather than settle for that famous Swedish design store famous for meatballs ones Utilty has a good website with links to another website where you can plan your perfect combo. I rang to ask some simple questions before ordering and the salesperson wasn't available but someone else came back to me promptly. Ordered my gorgeous String shelves online and they arrived 2 days later. Good price too

Hello Chantal - thank you for your review. We use plastic packaging on colour crates as we have had several instance in the past where they have broken on the corners when delivered by couriers. Hopefully you can re-use this. You might be interested to know we also sell these in our new furniture and home showroom in the Baltic Triangle.
