Don't go anywhere near this company,get quote and pay for it,you are then asked to phone to confirm all details and also download an app,then you could be told that this quote isn't available ,ended up cancelling and told money would be refunded within two hours ,now received email saying it can take up to 10 days ,disgrace UPDATE van compare are not happy with my reveiw and require my phone number and email address otherwise they say they won't recognise it as genuine .The question is how are people expected to recognise all the reviews of them if they can't accept criticism. I am over 60 years of age and I can honestly say that this has been my worst ever experience in renewing my vehicle insurance .I've learnt from this but have they
