Same day delivery
I needed a same day delivery for my best friend’s birthday and Vancouver Bloom made it painlessly easy to accomplish. I got her a large bouquet, sparkling wine and macarons. She sent me a picture to say thank you and what was received was exactly what I ordered. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful! I also got updated throughout about the status of my delivery. I would definitely recommend ordering from this store.

A heartfelt thank you
The flowers were apparently lovely, although the violets did not last long. The macarons and the chocolate were delicious, I was told. As the recipient is disabled, I had a special request for the delivery which was very graciously accommodated. Thank you very, very much. It is a challenge ordering from 3000 miles away and I’m grateful I chose you.

The delivery was perfect
The delivery was perfect. I placed the order the night before and when my daughter came home there were there waiting for her. She moved to Vancouver last year and she loves flowers for her birthday and it was a milestone 35th!

Poor presentation
I received a gift from Vancouver Blooms well after the promised delivery date. CanPar did not update their delivery status. So not VB's fault.
The quality of packing within the gift box was well below standard practices with no nesting material and copious amounts of glue to keep the items in place on a single piece of tissue. One quarter of the gift box was vacant. There was an item missing and the sender was not advised.
It took 3 tries to get an answer when I asked via email if the packing chips were organic. They never did answer the question suggesting I add water to the chips. It is clear customer service is not on site or are clueless.
I do not recommend this company
