I'm over in the Philippines, so by allowing me to send flowers to my mother and sister, and have it arrive on the exact day, couldn't have asked for a better store to use!

Left the flowers very well packaged outside the door of the apartment. Even if the person was away for the weekend, the flowers were so well packaged that they were found in good condition

Lovely Blossoms, Right on Time!
Sent flowers to a loved one during an extremely difficult time. I hunted around to find the just the right bouquet at quite a few different shops and was delighted to find a perfect one at Vancouver Blooms. As simple as it might seem, finding the right flowers and an appropriate note meant so much.
I recieved a very excited thank you text and picture of the flowers when they arrived, so it set my heart at ease that I could find a way to "be there", through a thoughtful gift.
Thank you again VB team, you made such a difference and brought some much needed cheer when it was deeply needed.

Fantastic service and product
All of my questions were addressed politely, patiently and professionally by Shai. I was extremely pleased with the wrapping and care taken to deliver a beautiful cake for a very special 90th birthday. Not to mention delicious from what I have been told! My experience with Shai at Vancouver Blooms was top notch from order to delivery. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

Ordering from Scotland for delivery in Canada I found it very easy and straightforward. The recipient was absolutely delighted with the hamper which was a Birthday gift. It was delivered exactly when I had requested it to be delivered and it was good value for money.

Beautiful floral and food options
I went online to buy a birthday bouquet for my daughter. The website was very easy to use and the company has some beautiful options! I was able to have cheese, crackers and chocolate dipped strawberries to my order. Delivery was available next day. The flowers were gorgeous and the food items fresh and presented beautifully! Great company- will use them again.

I liked this option available of coffee and chocolates. And it was sensibly priced and within my price range. It was convenient to book, considering it was booked from outside Canada. The delivery happened duly. The recipients are happy. So we are happy.

Absolutely cracking service
Living in the UK i wanted to send some flowers to a wonderful friend who lives on Vancouver Island and 'Vancouver Blooms' were absolutely brilliant! Their customer service is second-to-non and i would recommend them 100%.

Great selection of products for any occasion
Great selection of products for all types of events and celebrations. Delivery was on the date requested and the recipient was super happy with their gift. The product was exactly as advertised and they sent me a couple of images of the gift - again, just as the website showed. A little expensive but what isn't nowadays. I originally purchased flowers for my mother in a previous order and this was a second purchase due to the good services. I'd recommend them for your occasion.

Extremely frustrating to deal with
Extremely frustrating to deal with. Paid for same day delivery but did not arrive. Vancouver Blooms even showed me that the driver called the incorrect phone number, and that combined with proof that there was no attempt at ringing the doorbell has led to no refund. Talking to customer service has taken days, and has resulted in just repeating the same information over and over, even thought they acknowledge their mistakes, they refuse to take ownership.
