Easy process and great selection.
I wish they would’ve picked the colour of paper in the flower arrangement that was in the picture (blue) and tried to get as close to the order as possible (but instead they choose a yellow paper to wrap the flowers in). That was a bit disappointing, even though I know sometimes they can’t match exactly the picture. I felt that was still an important part of the design.
The delivery driver didn’t take the best photo, it was a bit hard to see how the final bouquet looked, would be nice to get a better picture the day of the delivery (not from the delivery person).

Do not get flowers from them if you are needing them to be delivered.
I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday.
All her other flowers from different people and different companies where all delivered with no issue as someone was in her flat all day.
The company however did not deliver the flowers and also did not let me know that the delivery was 'unsuccessful' even though there was someone in ALL day.
To add to this, she also has an app on her phone that feeds through any door bell rings and rings onto her phone... she did not get any or miss any from this company ...
I only found out that they were not delivered after having to ask her if she had got them yet.
I paid nearly $70 for them and the company will either only refund me around $20 or charge me a further $35 to re delivery them.
There was no true attempt for the company to delivery them and I am so so disappointed and feel like I've been blind sighted by this company.
Do not get flowers from them if you are needing them to be delivered.

Our records show that the driver attempted to reach you by phone three times on the delivery day, but the calls were unfortunately cancelled each time. For safety reasons, we are unable to leave flowers unattended at the doorstep. A redelivery fee is charged as we prepare and send out a fresh new batch of flowers to ensure quality. That said, we understand your frustration, and we have already processed your refund, which you accepted. We truly regret the disappointment caused and appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve.

Gorgeous flowers, questionable delivery
the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, but the delivery was very lack luster. they just stated the name, handed off the flowers and left, not stating these were a gift or even saying they are from vancouver blooms. my girlfriend’s work was left confused and lost regarding what the flowers were for and why they were sent. delivery person was apparently also very emotionless and robotic.

Don't expect them to make it right.
Don't expect Vancouver Blooms to make things right when things go wrong. After shipping an overnight to a palliative care patient, the flowers never arrived to the recipient. Despite being signed for other than the recipient and the location of the delivery saying they never received a package nor knows who signed for it, Vancouver Blooms refused to make it right.

The flowers were beautiful and fragrant and still nice except for one droopy rose yesterday. The cake was reported as delicious but did have crushed macarons when it arrived. Tracking said it was picked up in the morning but was delivered just before 5 PM. We’d almost given up. A time window for delivery would be helpful. All in all a win

I thought it said no delivery fee when I started order then check out it had 19.99 fee very misleading. The plant was nice according to receiptiant would like see picture on medium size. I don’t like been told no fee then after order there appears one .i do a bit ordering in BC so I like to have found florist. Ava’s dies one too but lmk about fee specials in future either honor them but don’t mislead

I've now used Vancouver blooms several times to send flowers and they do an amazing job but most of all of the presentation of all flowers I have ever sent are above and beyond amazing. The ease of use of the website is even better. I would recommend it to absolutely anybody and to be honest the pricing is fairly good.

First of all, they don’t even allow you to leave a bad review on their website — which says a lot.
I ordered flowers in advance, expecting they would be delivered early in the day, especially since this was for a special occasion. But they still arrived in the late afternoon — exactly what would’ve happened if I had placed a same-day order before 11 AM. So what’s the point of planning ahead?
When I called customer service to ask about it, no one seemed to care. They were dismissive on the phone, and once they had my payment, it felt like I didn’t matter anymore. No accountability, no explanation, and no effort to make things right.
Really disappointed. I won’t be using this service again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who actually wants their delivery to arrive on time.
