Beware this scam company, they have compromised personal data and are sending emails out which look like they are a DocusignDocument. Be careful of clicking any links as they will look to hack your data even further if you attempt to open this on a desktop machine. I have evidence.

We would like to clarify that the email some customers received was a spam email sent via a third-party email platform that we use for marketing communications. The email was not authorised or created by our company.
After immediate investigation with the third-party provider, they have confirmed that there has been no data breach and no customer data has been compromised. Our customer database remains secure.
It appears the spam email was distributed more broadly across the platform’s database, which unfortunately meant some of our customers received it.
We advise all customers to ignore and delete the email. Please do not click on any links within it.
Our business continues to operate as normal, and we are working closely with the third-party provider to ensure additional safeguards are in place.
We sincerely apologise for any confusion or concern this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Scam Stay Away
Ordered vapes from Vape Big, paid for next day delivery and guess what - NOTHING!!! I emailed them and was told ‘ sorry parcel lost in transit’ really! Was told refund will be issued in 4-5 days and once again NOTHING! Stay clear of this company!

Unfortunately once parcels are handed over to the courier delays or losses can sometimes occur outside of our control As soon as we were informed that your parcel was lost in transit we immediately arranged a refund as per our policy
Refunds can take 4–5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time If you have still not received it, please contact us directly with your order details so we can check this for you as a priority

I haven't received my order

Yet again I’ve sent emails to vapebig…
Yet again I’ve sent emails to vapebig and yet again they haven’t replied to me.
They say they have sent me a refund but nothing has been received by my bank.
They told me to contact my bank which I have and they have told me they have not sent anything back to my account and to get back in touch with vape big but like I’ve said they do not answer there phone or reply to emails. But on trust pilot they can reply but not to me directly.
I would recommend that you don’t use this company as they don’t do what they say there going to do and just scam you out of your hard earned money.
