I have had to pay £5.00 as i received a card from Royal Mail saying not enough postage was paid.
I don't even pay postage with my orders being over a certain amount!

Well over a month since i reported my issue with my order & still no resolution.
Completely useless customer service, they respond to reviews & pretend to care but they simply do not. Save your time & money & buy elsewhere.

No refund received
Ordered £25 worth of items (49075) and received an email to say the items weren’t available so I requested a refund. Then received a email notification of “refund initiated” on 8/10/25 however still not received the funds in my account. Chased this up and had no response.
