Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who took pains to demonstrate and explain things carefully. The shop is also well stocked with good displays.

Decent Customer Service,
The excellent, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpfulness of the staff. They never try to push a sell just leave you to decide. Ordering items is very straightforward on their website which I use.
I would love to visit their premises, I believe somewhere in Yorkshire, but as I live in Hampshire the distance is too great for me to travel there and back.

Top quality goods and customer service.
My go-to store for all things air-gun. I have bought both BB pistols and pellet rifles with no concerns about quality from this amazingly friendly crew who know their products inside out. Accessories have all be sold with the first question being "what do you want it to do" and then alternatives suggested to get the best fit for the task. Absolutely great customer service.
Regular discounts on all manner of products are constantly available to save you a few bob as well.

Vector Air offers a first class service in advice, customer service and everything in between, I only wished I lived closer, I would be in there every other week. I am limited to what I can buy due to me online shopping because of my location but I will get to visit one day.
