It would have been another 5 stars but delivery took longer than normal and we were close to running out. I suspect it was due yo stock issues, if so it would have been better to have been informed.

Delivery always on time and the delivery is always left at the door. Can’t understand difference in price at times, has it jumps up and down. I have been a regular customer for a long time and do not understand why the price alters so much.

Brilliant company
Brilliant company. I’ve been with them for 4 years and do the subscription which makes ordering hassle free. Now and then I get over stocked with dog food so I just email and delay delivery. Never had an issue. Great customer service.

Highly recommend
I have a 3 weekly order of dog food. The food always arrives on time well packed in a water proof wrap.
If I need to phone and adjust my order the phone is answered quickly, the staff are polite and efficient. I would highly recommend vetshop.

I Have a repeat order on a monthly…
I Have a repeat order on a monthly basis. It is dispatched and delivered within a few days of the order being processed and I am advised on uts travels all the way. Also vet easy to skip a month if the food is not required. No complaints from me at all would thoroughly recommend

Repeat order dog food.
Repeat order delivered with no issues. Not keen on the plastic wrapping as 8 out of 10 times the dog food bag is melted to the outside package.
