It took far too long to place order…
It took far too long to place order over the phone,I started ringing first thing waiting for ages eventually getting through at 4.30 pm.
I have been a customer for years however this was the last time I wait all day to place an order sorry to say I will have no choice but to look elsewhere

I have been using vetshop for many years, the service is amazing, and the customer service are great always willing to help and support. There have been times I have nearly run out of dog food , I called vetshop and they have got me a order out with a couple of days great service. The prices are also very good, so over all great company , they go that extra mile. Keep up the great work that you do. Thank you.

Excellent price and service
I ordered dog food which was competitively priced and which was delivered promptly. I currently pay more and have to go out of my way to purchase it. Buying from vet shop was a win win. I was concerned as the food is in a paper sack but it had plastic outer packaging to protect it during transit. Happy customer, thank you, I will be reordering.

I have 2 Bottomless Bowl orders set up.
I have 2 Bottomless Bowl orders set up and the schedules of delivery work really well.
I can alter the frequencies if desired, should I have an excess or shortage of a bag of food, and I do receive the occasional reminder how to use the electronic ordering system 👍🏻
The food choice is great however because my Mini Dachshunds are food hoovers I feed them Eukanuba LoCal Small Bite and Purina Pro Plan Small Bite, which makes it easier to manage the dogs weight. Small dogs, long backs if heavy then probable back problems associated with IVDD.
VetShop also use a very good delivery company who keep you updated with delivery times etc. They are very good and use their common sense should I not be at home, in where they safely leave the package.
I am very happy given the overall service. Trouble free and timely thank you Very much VetShop and DHL, great service.
