Poor customer service. Looks like package was delayed due to damage. Contacted company on 17th of August. As of today 20th of August evening still no reply to confirm my delivery was damaged and replacement been dispatched

I have used Vetshop for a few years now. My order gets delivered on time every 5 weeks, if I need to change the frequency I just phone and the girls are great this is done within minutes.i would recommend Vetshop for service great price and reliability.

Your company provides an excellent service, especially to a 79 year old, non-tech person who prefers to telephone to place an order. I always receive a prompt response to my calls, unlike the majority of other suppliers. And the ladies who staff the 'phones are unfailingly helpful and polite.
My only complaint relates to the courier you entrust with delivery. I believe this is DHL; they never deliver on the day stated and often I am told of up to 3 dates for delivery. This latest order took one week when I was advised initially it would take up to 3 days. DHL have a poor reputation in my experience and it is a shame that your otherwise excellent service is somewhat spoiled by your courier.

Order arrived next day! Fabulous service.

I have been waiting for more than two weeks, but I still have not received my parcel. I contacted the seller several times, but instead of providing a proper resolution or clear evidence of delivery, I was simply told that the item had been delivered to the correct address.

I have not received the item and have not been given any satisfactory support or resolution. I only want a fair outcome: if the parcel is missing or lost, please issue my full refund.

If this matter is not resolved, I will have no choice but to consider taking further action and making a formal complaint through the relevant consumer protection channels.

Great price for spot on treatment and quick delivery

Product arrived very quick, dogs needed to be treated living in a high deer populated area. Product right for my dogs and easy to use.

Searching for my little dogs special diet that no one seemed to have in sock.having had a £50 order go missing thanks to evri.
Vetshop had what I needed.order arrived on time which I was very gratefull for as I only had two days left.

This is an excellent shop that I happened upon whilst searching the Web for my Cavachons dog food. Not only do they sell it in larger packs than found in the shops, their delivery was second to none - ordered one day and was delivered the next despite being told it would be 3-5 working days. This is an added bonus as we live in a rural area with limited transport links. Prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely use again.

It's ven 12 years of buying the same exact food for my dog.
Lately I was given the idea by vetshop that it wasn't best approach to go online search best price and buy it, every time. But instead, they had this great offer to schedule every x weeks.
What they didn't say was a 25% price increase, and after several attempts to cancel the order, all they said was "read or T&C's", not another word, nor intention to assist on canceling the order, nothing....

Stay away of this company if you don't want surprises...

I subscribed because I wanted regular monthly deliveries of my dog's food. The first order arrived without any issues, but just as the second order was due to be processed, I received an automated email saying my subscription had been cancelled.
There was no explanation whatsoever as to why this had happened. I emailed customer service asking why my subscription had been cancelled, but after two days I still hadn't received a response.
When you're buying pet food on a subscription, reliability matters. My dog still needs feeding regardless of what's happening behind the scenes, so I couldn't keep waiting for an explanation and had to order from another company instead.
Mistakes can happen, but cancelling a customer's subscription without explanation and then failing to respond when they're trying to find out why is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company

Had the only renal diet product my cat will eat i.e. Hills Chicken Stew Renal Diet.
