Victoria's Secret Avis 

Such a poor experience with online orders. They are fulfilling the orders with NEXT. I have paid £4 for delivery for the next day delivery. The order has not arrived. I've got emails about the delays and later about that it won't be delivered at all. Why they waste the customer time if they are not able to deliver the product. Shame!

Unfortunately 5 items of my products were stolen from my package and re-sellotaped. I reported this to customer services and I was messed about for 3 weeks.

I felt that my case is not being taken seriously and is being passed around from person to person with no firm action.

I thought that it was unfair to keep me waiting longer and longer. In addition, I am promised calls back and no-one calls me back. Really shocking customer service.

Only after 3 weeks I was refunded the money. Very disappointing.

£69 pyjamas arrived in a sad little plastic bag, creased and ugly. No way I'm giving those as a present. I also bought some from Barbour (same price) which were packaged in a nice gift box. VS are charging premium product prices but utterly failing to deliver a premium experience. Products returned.

Ordered 3 Victoria Secret Sprays on the website, paid £3.99 delivery, the sprays were on sale from £15 each to £10 each, so the whole order came to £33.99. One spray came and got an email saying the other two are not ready yet, then got another email after saying the other two sprays are not in stock even though you can still order them for now £15 the original price and they are in stock on their website. In the email they say I have not been charged for the missing sprays but I have been charged for the whole order and they won’t send the rest, what do I do?

i received my lingerie last week. the material was itching me a lot. after putting it in the wash, i thought it would improve. However, it actually got worse. ive had better days. God bless.

Absolutely excellent.
I was gutted when I thought VS was closing.
Bought online for ease, a bra and numerous V pants instead of visiting a shop to buy as I normally do.
Lots more choice than in a shop, easy to order, everything arrived the next day, all sealed and with checked notes included so I was happy I was buying something someone else hadn't worn.
Very happy, VS is great quality (I won't wear anything else) and with the top class delivery service associated with Next I couldn't be happier and will not hesitate to buy this way again.

Order was fine and shipped on time but was meant to get 20% off so I emailed them and they didn’t know anything about it, so they said I could get a refund after the purchase which I didn’t recieve so I emailed them again and they asked for my details again and not heard anything back since

Terrible service ordered good on the with May and still don't have them. All I get from customer service is we will tell you when they are shipped! They did refund the delivery charge! But its now 10th June. What a service NOT!

The scrub,slippers,fragrances,pj's online you could find it bargain I highly recommended. By ex in the shop one fragrance it was 22£ and online 5.20£ and you could buy minimum 4 fragrances...Scrub help me a lot and cellulite dissappear in less than 7 days..
Online shopping is more much cheaper than shop definitely..

Ordered on 20th December, accepted that this was going to be delivered on 4th January. I checked many times if there were updates about the delivery and then after a month I checked again on their website and it said “Cancelled”. They didn’t even bother to send an email and tell me that my order (more than 100£) was cancelled.
Very very bad.

I am agree with below review about terrible delivery. And I dont know why my order shipped from US? I purchased via UK website. Order’s status not updating!

Absolute car crash of a delivery service (eshopworld), no idea of when delivery will come despite providing initially a date then kept changing it. They then continued to spam me with delivery emails after the item finally arrived.

Ok, so it’s been quite a few years since I visited the shop in London, when I arrived I was shocked as this looked like a tarts boudoir and it put me off straight away. Never have I seen a Victoria’s Secret painted black. I couldn’t find anything and the prices were ridiculous, I can say that I’m not surprised the UK side of VS’s has gone bust! I’ll stick to the US site thanks!

All of my experiences with Victoria’s Secret have always been positive , the stores are well presented , the staff are all very nice and helpful, the product quality is very good and the prices are good for the products. They have a range of products from loungewear to sports wear , they have high quality handbags , i have brought a range of products from the online site and in stores and I have always loved everything that I have brought, I would totally recommend this brand.

LOVE all of the items in VS, however some stuff is majorly overpriced. For example, in January I bought a water bottle at £16, and it is lovely looking, however the quality is bad. The water keeps leaking out of the bottle even with the lid on tight - this shouldn’t be happening considering I only use it for work a couple days a week and have only had it for a month - wouldn’t buy another one after this experience. I got the same kind of water bottle out of Tesco for £4 (a quarter of the price) and have had no problems with it leaking. You’re paying for the name, not the quality.

Everything I order has always been very satisfying to me love all their products 😍
