Good Service
I already had a matured Savings Account with Vida so it was straightforward for me to ask for a transfer of matured funds to a new ISA with Vida again. The interest rate is very good again. Everything was dealt with efficiently and timeously.

I recently transferred an ISA to Vida. There was an initial hiccup with the transfer but Vida staff were accessible on the phone and efficiently helped me with the issue. The transfer has since gone through and all is good. I would recommend.

Clunky onboarding
I found the system to be very basic. I also dislike the security procedures, which asks for memorable data to be used when logging in. Every time. It's not secure. Use an authenticator app and also allow the user to mark a device as trusted.
At least it's a fixed rate so I won't have to log in again for a year. By which time I will have forgotten the memorable data and have to go through it all again, sigh...

Speaking to someone helped a lot. Tad confusing website and misleading saying we'd need to transfer to ISA but it was already done. Lots of different references confusing too.
