Cash ISA Transfer...Easy with Vida!!
I wanted to transfer a Cash ISA which had matured. Never transferred one before, i usually stay with the same Bank/ BS and take out another ISA . With a very competitive rate, i went online and started the transfer. From registering an account to completion it took about 5 days which was amazing. I was informed via email every step of the way, so knew the transfer was progressing as it should. I also used the online customer service and received a speedy reply. All in all very impressed & will be having more accounts with Vida Savings!

ISA maturity and seamless switch to new product
ISA maturity and they had the best rate when shopped around to look at transferring. Easy to switch to
New product prior to maturity so principal amount and interest on better rate same day as matured.

Most of the sign up process worked well…
Most of the sign up process worked well however the verification for nominated bank is reliant on a snail mail solution which, in my case, delayed completion due to the poor mail service we now have. At sign up I'm always nervous when faced with any process issues as I have no in depth knowledge of the company, VIDA should look for an alternative technical process that doesn't create any issues at this critical time.

Good Service
I already had a matured Savings Account with Vida so it was straightforward for me to ask for a transfer of matured funds to a new ISA with Vida again. The interest rate is very good again. Everything was dealt with efficiently and timeously.
