Absolutely Baffling, Overly Complicated ISA Transfer Experience
Absolutely baffling, time wasting experience with opening an ISA and it's eating into my current ISA year. So much unnecessary back and forth. Total lack of clarity about nominated account vs transfer account. I provided bank statements, they have asked for a hand signed letter. Why not ask for everything you need upfront in one email? It should be easier than this. Why is this so complicated??? It has been going on for about 2-3 weeks. Appalling communication. I have no idea how anyone even banks with them. How are they staying afloat??

Set and forget, it just works
Set and forget - that was my experience.
Interface simple enough to choose products from, and communications from them only when needed, that is at set up and at contract end.
The app seems to have a clean interface, too, though limited in terms of what you can do. Not really a problem, though, as the online experience is quite smooth.
I've never had to call them for support, so my experience might be limited, but for me "It Just Worked™".

Can't ever access my account! You have so many security systems nobody knows what the hell is going on?
I was given a login ref number via email which now doesn't! I was sent via post another user ID that doesn't work either!

In the last few days I have been transferring my ISA from one provider to Vida Savings.
The customer service I have received has been excellent. All the staff have been efficient and pleasant.
