Re-investment process
When my initial cash ISA matured, Vida were offering a competitive rate for a re-investment so I decided to do that. I contacted Customer Services by phone and the operative talked me through the process which I really appreciated. It was great to talk to a real person!

Very easy and safe to access my account. No problems with renewing my ISA with clear notifications prior to the old one maturing and throughout the process. Comparing the market, a good rate of interest was offered.

The customer service is excellent. People are very customer orientated. The company policy and people are there to help customers. Saving interest rate was adjusted to new one, only bank we know that would do this.
