I opened a 2yr fixed rate ISA
I opened a 2yr fixed rate ISA. One day after my funds were received, a new higher rate became available.
There is a 14 day cooling off period so I phoned to ask if I could transfer my original ISA to the higher rate one. Mark kindly offered to stay on the phone with me while I opened the new higher paying account account, even though it meant him staying after closing time. He was very helpful and patient. I have found both the staff and application process a good experience.
